★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So . . . I booked a Saturday morning appointment for a RAT test on Friday afternoon - thinking I needed to book ahead to ensure I got a spot. On Friday evening my plans travel changed. I tried to call Rockdoc to cancel but could not get thru - I left a message saying I needed to cancel the appointment. Saturday morning I called again - again I got their voice mail and I left another message. I finally got a call back Saturday Afternoon - about 4 hours after the appointment time. At that time I was informed that there are NO REFUNDS within 24 hours of the appointment. This seems to be a bit unfair as they DID NOTHING for me, yet KEPT ALL MY MONEY. I am very disappointed . . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were friendly, detail-oriented, and efficient. I never thought I would say I enjoyed my time at a medical clinic, but in the brief span of time I was there, the folks at Rockdoc made me so welcome that, yes, I enjoyed myself. Highly recommended if you need testing before travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I spent over $600 booking two tests to travel home from Winnipeg for Christmas to Victoria. The girl at the front desk said she’s not sure if they could do our tests as their system has changed. They declined us for the test and couldn’t offer a refund. Far less than one star, how could you take our money & not deliver your service? Worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the immediately returned phone call, in which the representative was friendly, knowledgeable and full of great advice to the friendly reception when we arrived for our tests, Rockdoc had proven itself to be incredibly professional and reliable. The icing on the cake - our NEGATIVE results came back much faster than expected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get my son tested ASAP. Booked my appointment at 3:00pm for 3:40pm. Got to the place and was turned away as these tests are for travel only. The clerk said I’ll be refunded but customer service refused to refund me and gave me only a 60 days credit.
Terrible refund policy. Who needs a credit for such a service. Very unhappy with their customer service. Won’t be coming back or recommending.
BTW, their rapid test is double the price. Numi tests anyone for any reason for $50.

My situation is different to many where I have a daughter having a difficult pregnancy and need to fly to the US often, sometimes in short notice. Rockdoc has handled every one of my needs and they are always so pleasant and professional. During a very difficult time, thank you for being so accommodating professional and making each testing experience simple. I hope you feel appreciated and I thank you again.
