★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of so much time! My appointment was scheduled at 8.30 was waiting for dr till 9 and when I asked how long should I wait more the answer was - he’s not here yet! I have a lil child and no free time, my husband had to take a day off to drop me there! So I was able to manage all that in order to be there in time but the doctor couldn’t reach his office in time or at least to inform that he’d be late?! Really?! Fist time I’m facing such an unprofessional and unrespectfull attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited an hour past my appointment just to be rushed in and rushed out in under 60 Seconds. He didn't answer questions, he didn't look properly. he told me I didn't have a problem when many other doctors,massage therapis andt physical therapist all agree that there was a problem that's why I was sent to him. It was an extremely disappointing appointment especially when I was looking forward to going. Was the first and worst experience I've ever had with a dermatologist. I extremely do not recommend him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting room has too many people packed in it. Dr runs well over an hour behind scheduled appointments. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this doctor if you can. Receptionist is a complete cow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it. My skin has never looked better. He gave me a light dose of acne medication and now I have flawless skin. I had fought with acne for 21 years before he changed my skin. I am so thankful. I got very dry lips and he prescribed a lip ointment that instantly soothed them. The best part though, he cut a pencil eraser sized thing off my neck and it left the faintest mark. Honestly now that I've been healed you can't even tell. A definite HUGE improvement on Minuk, who took a freckle the size of a pencil eraser and left me with a scar that's as big as a nickel. I recommend Dr Sheps to everyone. He is really good at what he does and actually cares about healing you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr Sheps for the first time today. I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment to see him but had the day off, so no big deal. His assistant was kind and Dr Sheps was warm and professional and took the time to deal with my issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not see this so called doctor.
He removed a cyst from under my arm. Told me to leave it open and apply ointment 4x a day. Of course 10 days later it is not healing. Looks absolutely terrible. Yellow wound bed, angry red wound edges. After begging his receptionist I saw him on day 8 and he said it was healing nicely after sticking his dirty fingers right in my wound.
I will sue if this does not heal.
