★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haiyun(Jeff) is an intelligent man with stern will to do all possible, plus willing to do whatever extra, to make positive result happen, this makes him top notch realtor, from my experience with him selling my house, this man with high intellect IQ combined with willing to rolling up his sleeves get hands dirty to get the house sold in a literally couple days! clean, clear, no fuss! I have to be honest to say it is a great bargain, or great deal to have Haiyun as a realtor with paying no extra premium for his high level intellect IQ with his willing to all extra, to get the job done! From my 20 years buying selling my real estate in Alberta, I don’t say it lightly, but I have to say it’s very rare to find a realtor with this quality and IQ! This is why I saying it’s freaking down good bargain! I honestly would pay extra premium for this guy as a kind high end realtor, as a matter fact I did offer him extra premium after selling, he elegantly declined, a final note: Haiyun, (Jeff) is indeed one class higher than his peers, simply true! It was delightful experience too, as said it’s rare in this trade! What experience I have had, I am thankful for it!

I have been in Canada for over 18 years. To be honest, I don’t like to ask Chinese people to help due to some previous experiences. But Fang Yang Team shifted my paradigm. I am amazed by their prompt reply, dedication to thrive for best, intelligent insights, honesty, trust worthy, and considerable to help out each family based on their unique situations.
Making changes to house and daily life during house sale can be tough. Some of Leo’s suggestions seem hard to accept in the beginning, but proved to be very effective in the end, which helped us to have a quick sale with higher price.
Fan Yang’s team has made every step so smooth and fast: professional market analysis, minor fixes to the house, taking awesome pictures, choose special day to list the property, electronic signing of contracts, negotiation of price, real property report, lawyer etc. As a seller I didn’t have to worry about anything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no reason not to highly praise the realtor service by Vida Guan and Fang Team. A few months ago, I intended to sell my condo and made a phone call to them. They came to my place the day after I called and gave an impressive presentation with their detailed slides. Quite efficient. (not to mention that they sent in a professional photographer in a few days to take photos for listing) Also, on the same day, they gave me rough analysis about the expected sale price, neither too optimistic nor too pessimistic. And their commission is also fair. So, I immediately decided to choose the Fang Team.
As I know, the market this year isn’t good. But Vida and Fang Team managed to find the buyer in a month with an acceptable price! I’m really surprised how efficient they are. I’m really grateful to all the help from them, especially from Vida. She is professional, hard-working and extremely reliable. She handled many difficult issues for me in the process of negotiation. It’s not my first time buying or selling a property. And I believe that Vida provides one of the best services as a professional realtor ever.
