★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mina exhibits all of the professional qualities that make a good realtor; he understands the market, he understands how to work with people in his industry and he has the contacts in the industry to help you out. What makes him a GREAT realtor is his empathy, willingness to go above what is expected of him and his calm confidence that helps reassure you when the stress of selling/buying a home comes. It wasn't the fact he marketed and sold our place the first day or that he negotiated a better than we thought deal on our new dream home, it was how he acted along the way that led me to write this review. This guy is the real deal!

Mina also helped us make connections with painters, plumbers, trades-people and cleaners to help make our house shine prior to listing. If we moved back to Edmonton we would hire him again in a heartbeat! We highly recommend Mina Gayed.

He truly went above and beyond for the sale of my home. My home had tenants in it, and he communicated with them so perfectly for showings. He made it a top priority to make me feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. He was always professional and helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mina is an amazing realtor! He’s extremely organized, knowledgeable, efficient, patient, responsive and accommodating. He helped us find our home in less than a month! He came prepared and on time for all our showings, was able to answer all our questions, took initiative, and never once did we feel any pressure during the process. One of my fave things about Mina is he is a do’er: he doesn’t waste any time!! Would highly recommend Mina to anyone in search of their next home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mina and I go way back to our university days where we both graduated from the civil engineering program. Mina was a straight A student and was always so humble about it. I see him exhibiting the same talent now in his real estate career, and again being so down to earth about it.
My wife and I were thrilled dealing with Mina, not because he was a close friend, but more on how he executed all the little things, never drops the ball, and most importantly listens to the needs of his clients. He's one hell of a negotiator, detailed oriented, and is well connected with contractors and other professionals.
I have recommended Mina to my friends and family, and will continue to support him because he's awesome and deserves the recognition.
