She never pushed us to look at properties that didn't meet our needs and was always patient. The first home we tried to purchase fell through, and we were assigned another agent by the company. It was a very different experience, as this agent was far more pushy and very impatient. Eventually, we decided to go back to Juliana, because we realized that she was a far better fit for us. I am glad we did, as soon after we purchased a house that Juliana showed us, that fit our needs perfectly.
