★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is not a top priority at this location. While visiting the store I witnessed one of the cashiers (older black lady) rudely yelling to customers from behind the register to sanitize there hands. If Famous Footwear wants business it may be wise to revisit the way they treat visitors to this store. The client experience should be a top priority for any business particular at a time when many businesses are struggling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the lady at enterance was gossiping with other lady Nd she didn’t knew that customer who had shopped came out and she didn’t told us to come inside Nd the que behind us started to increase.
Secondly at billing counter the lady her name is DISHA asked me whether i need a bag or not i don’t know who gave her such a training that if a customer buys something from your store u should ask them these questions. She was really poor with her service being arrogant and not pleased with the customer. Needs proper training.
Request to manger fire her else she will help you to close the store very soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get these NIKE Benassi slippers. At first, the staff said they didn't carry it and to check other stores. Then they said they only carry the men version and they didn't have woman. After insisting that their location is fully stocked per website, the manager said they found it and was going to put on clearance. I thought it was great that I would get the shoes at a lower price and asked what clearance price was. They decided to change their mind and replied that actually wouldn't put on clearance and I would have to pay the full price. I still got the shoes anyway but I was quite unhappy with the customer service. Manager was not helpful & kept making excuses but I'm grateful that one of the staff put in the effort to try find it (one more star because of this kind staff).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible store staff and customer service !! Rude, unprofessional and unpleasant staff especially this woman in this store - Rekha Vohra. Only policing around and being so bossy that she does not even have the basic manners and attitude of dealing decently with customers. Her impolite, 'I don't care about you and your order' attitude just made by first experience the very last one at this store and with Famous Footwear. She had no patience to explain to me why my order got stuck and was not delivered on time, just rudely turned me out of the store saying call the customer service and find out for yourself. This was my third visit to the store to pick up my order and every time I was told a new thing! So confusing and irritating! The only thing this woman is particular about is that if you knock at her door at 7:00 pm, she will take 10 minutes to come up to the door and then slam the door back on your face without even listening to you and saying its 7:10 and cash has closed! And then when you come the next day - she has her own reasons to shout and prove her point, humiliate and embarrass you saying that you came at 7:10 and i am not hear to help you but to shut shop and yell at customers like a monster! I am glad I could cancel my online order! Never going back again and recommend keeping distance from this negative store and staff! Horrible experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store half an hour early before closing and this lady Rekha Voura was yelling across the store “we are closing in 15 mins” though we had good half an hour to shop. She was loud and rude. Shortly after I witnessed a horrible incident regarding same employee she made a customer clean up the floor. She got the broom and handed it to the lady who started sweeping the pop corn off the floor. It was humiliating for this customer.
After seeing this I went to put my review on your website, and came across a few other reviews under her name. This person should not be working in retail business. Clearly she needs a lot of training in customer service.
Especially for the store manager who is so unprofessional, rude and abusive to her customers. How does the company allows this to go on with so many complaints about her. I won’t be shopping at this store ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store. Just bought a sandal for the daughter. Found that there was a rip and brought it to them for refund. No REFUND. ONLY EXHCHANE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOT RECOMMENDED. rude manager name tina was not able to refund.
