★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to buy a snow boots, at the same time we were looking for a Rain boots as well, we found a snow boots for my husband, my husband checked some rain boots, he found his comfortable rain & snow boots as well, when the employee ( male) asked us you want to buy both? We said for now we would like to buy snow boots, After 5 minutes another employee ( women - white) came and ask us why you don’t want to buy Rain boots, I said “ it’s over the budget now to buy both shoes but we will be back or will order online” the women employee very pushy to buy, and she was following us continuously while we were checking out other shoes, she was making us uncomfortable and shortly after we left the store. You guys are stop need to be pushy and if customers say we don’t won’t to get now another shoe leave us alone. We are not rich ! Period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually shop here (I might have received snooty service downtown once) but there was a specific shoe I had to get and was planning to purchase online. Wasn't looking for this store when I was at Halton Hills but glad I found it. Sales guy was super nice, didn't rush and answered all my questions. Someone who I think was the manager was nice too.
Brown's now offers the option of paying in instalments - it's called PayBright. No interest! And I walked out with the shoes. Just takes a few minutes to set up your account online. I'm glad there was no line up. Pretty happy how it all went down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pair of shoes online for my daughters birthday which were the wrong ones so I had to return as they didnt have the ones she wanted in-stock I was worried because I was 10 days over their 30 day return policy but they said in certain circumstances they could honour my return so thank you to the sales associates at Browns for the most amazing customer support today, greatly appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the store with the husband couldn't believe how rude and unhelpful the 3 workers were. Asking for help was like a burden even if we were the only people in the store no greeting no smile nothing they're the worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The great thing is this store offers name brand shoes at a discounted rate. The surprising thing, to someone who buys new shoes every year ($40-$60 pairs) is that these shoes are $200+++ after the discount! :O I was shocked. Mind you, I don't normally buy high-end shoes. So if you are someone who does, this is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAMEER is the best. I walk in on Thursday and buy one Boss shoes in store and order one Black online as I was travelling Monday. He did his best to advice me and get the shoes delivered by Saturday. Thanks SAMEER what a great experience! Cheers
