★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT, come to this location for a loan, i processed a loan back in April of 2019 and during that time i accepted job loss protection. i then renewed my loan in November and the advisor claimed i said i didn't want the same job loss protection i took in the first place. When i called them they basically told me well it is what it is... They will drain you dry they dont care about anything but $$$... Covid19 Must of been a jackpot for them for interest cause they wont even accept their own fault what a disgrace of a company. If you need to take a loan out GO PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD Elsewhere they are nothing but terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give less i would. Very poor customer stuff experience. I purchased a sofa from ashley furniture with the idea of paying it off over 6months which i thought was great, I was apprehensive but went ahead anyway. When i spoke to someone on the phone they had said that they accept cash to begin paying off the finance but when i went to this location the man refused to accept cash. Absolutely ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE! Avoid at all costs, being its Covid and times are tough my husband and I were in talks about a DMP and they stopped all payments from Sept. - now, the moment we decided to not go through Steve the branch manager called and threatened to garnish my wages, spoke down to me and as if I am a horrible human being. Not only that, he continued to put me down when I told him I was unaware I didn’t need a call back number to get in contact with those I respectfully asked to call me again at 5 pm when I was not at work.
Everything I said he was rude until it went his way. I’m so sick of lenders acting like this way and sure won’t have ever another customer from me or my family. You will be paid back and will never be spoken highly of.
I understand I need to make my payments but that doesn’t mean a small understanding when things happen in these times would’ve been any kind of appreciated. I am a human too, you didn’t need to try ruin someone’s day with your bad attitude.
Get your staff some proper customer service training or your company won’t last long at least under this name.
