I have to pay back more than double and I have Bill's on my payback agreement that I was not told about and now I am trying to look into my "involuntary job loss insurance" and I'm now playing phone tag with these 2 rude workers there. passing me back and forth saying they'll call me back shelly and Carol. Do Not Go with Fairstone! Big mistake!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carol the manager at this location is the absolute most unprofessional staff member that this place has. She is not only rude and obnoxious to clients, but she also does not care about speaking to her fellow staff members like they are dirt in front of other clients. I was absolutely disgusted with the display of rudeness and disrespect shown by the manager not only to me, but to her own staff members. I was a prospective new client and I took my business elsewhere and so should you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure who gave the employees here, there customer service training. For a Loan company that gives "subprime loans," the staff seem to have no compassion or empathy. We got asked extremely personal questions, and got an attitude right as we walked in the door. Disappointing, as this turned us right off
