★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jassal, Morgan & Cindy are phenomenal. They were on time with appointments. My wait time was less than 2 minutes. All 3 practitioners were professional, approachable & incredibly informative. They were also able to get my lenses in 12 days earlier than anticipated. I definitely had a fantastic optometry experience here. I couldn't be more impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to leave this review for Dr Jassal and staff because they are an incredibly professional and friendly team. I went for an eye check-up, and everything went smoothly and thoroughly. Even though I had so many questions about all sorts of things, Dr Jassal and staff answered them with patience and care. I can’t even explain in words how satisfied I am of their care! I’m so glad that Nanaimo finally has young and talented doctors/staff who are professional and full of energy.
I also brought my brother here & he found his experience comfortable and thorough as well. Now planning to have all my family members come here for their eye care.
+ Their glasses/sunglasses selection is impeccable - modern and trendy but also some dope classics.

I had my first eye exam there a few days ago and it was by far better and more thorough than any other eye exam I have ever had. The staff and optometrists are all very nice and professional and their selection of glasses is fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an eye exam and a nice pair of glasses. I am grateful to have found my forever optometry office. Thanks Eye Plus!!

My whole family sees the optometrists here and we love their care and attention to detail with every visit. The whole staff is very competent. Thank you to your whole team for making our experience such a positive one! I highly recommended Eye Plus Optometry!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only do they have a beautiful simple, sleek interior design, they offer the most unique, fashionable frames. Their eyewear selection was superior and it was hard to choose with so many good options. The staff were amazing and only added to the experience. Love to support an independent shop that offers top quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a 1.5hr + appointment only to have to book another appointment for a required test!
Waste of my time - could have had the required test done instead my time was wasted on a consultation, which I didn’t even request or want, for a thermalid treatment which costs $$$$$ - sales & marketing new business.
Eye exam felt very rushed & I’m not confident the prescription is even correct. Spending more $$ to have a second opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding a healthcare-related facility that understands how to make you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed is always a treat for any patient. Eye+ Optometry delivers and excels at this! My youngest child is able to sit still for her appointments and get the necessary testing done because of the friendly, warm and inviting staff and doctors at this clinic. The light and airy aesthetics of the clinic and attractive selection of glasses makes it a wonderful treat to get our eyes checked here!
