Always so nice to deal with and they take time to answer your questions AND make suggestions. Genuinely suggest using their expertise if you are thinking of traveling.

They have no machine to take a credit card payments. They Insist on writing credit card numbers and expiry dates on paper with your signature If lost, your card could be used improperly. This is a stupid practice. Don't agree to it. Ended up cancelling my holiday because they were unable to process my payment securely. The travel agent offered no value added. The travel agent looked up on his computer publicly available information. Any reasonably intelligent person can do the job the agent did without any training. The hours of operation are terrible. The agent was inaccessible to me. I'm sorry that I went to this agent. I lost my booking. I could have booked the holiday easily myself. The agent turned out to be a nuisance to deal with.

We have dealt with cruise ship centres for many years and have always been satisfied. On our last cruise, we were promised $125 in onboard credits but in actual fact received only $75. When we notified our agent of this, her only recourse was to assure us that we would receive the extra $50 on our next cruise. As we don't plan a cruise in the near future this arrangement is not satisfactory to us.

Picked up travel arrangements. Judy Susanna explained everthing in our packet extremely well. She is available for all questions. And I have sent many to be answered. Judy is so friendly and we never hesitate to book with her and Expedia.
