We had a wonderful 15-day stay at the Executive Suites Hotel this month, while our kitchen was being repaired after a bad flood. The entire Executive Suites team was first-rate, from the kind and supportive front desk staff to the professionalism of the housekeeping team. We highly recommend this excellent hotel in Squamish.

This hotel is very clean, cozy and affordable. Has amazing views too. The service is great especially the lady who works during the night. The room has all of the amenities you need including a washer & dryer. That really helped during my long stay! Definitely coming back to this hotel if the opportunity arises.

They have a resort fee of 12 dollars on top of their price that you pay at the front desk. Its laughable that they call this a resort. It includes coffee, hot tub, wifi and parking fee. Ridiculous. The rooms are old and worn down, the shower is not cleaned well, bits of hair on the tiles. Kitchenette and bed are decent. But the 1 star is also for the front desk guys attitude. Good luck keeping this place afloat.

Had a great stay here. The suites were spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. Staff was also pleasant to interact with. We stayed on a weekend and Friday night was pretty noisy outside in the hallway. Saturday night was quiet. Not sure if there was a big celebration friday night.

We went to Whistler for may long and decided it was way to busy for us and way to loud so we decided to cut our stay short and go to Squamish. I found this hotel on booking.com and saw there was 1 room left. I ended up booking it and got a email a few minutes later saying our room is ready even though the check in was at 4:00. Got to Squamish and 12:00 and greeted with a warm hello and great atmosphere. Pool and hot tub were amazing and ended up getting a room on the 4th floor with a balcony and a amazing view. Totally would recommend this hotel for any stay. We ended up booking again for July long weekend and can’t wait to make the 2 hour trip again it’s well worth it.

Nice location and beautiful views! We had a pet friendly room that was situated by the elevator close to the lobby. Avoid this room if possible. Very noisy, wear and tear in room is noticeable and very tight as far as space is concerned. Bed takes up 85 percent of the bedroom and you need to squeeze around the furniture in the suite area too. Amenities in room have been decreased immensely! Cost saving measures due to Covid possibly and staff could be better at greeting guests as they walk by in the lobby. Heads down and not interested in making eye contact with anyone on a number of occasions. Bar attached to Hotel is very expensive for pub style food. Captive audience as you have to drive to get food anywhere else. Ridiculous Apres Membership pricing too! Pay them $99 dollars, and they will let you pay the lower price on their menu. Huge proponent of this menu engineering and as an ex hospitality employee, it made me cringe! Good hotel stay overall as we had our dog but disappointed with some of the above. Could have been so much better and they have room for improvement!

Our 30 minute stay started bad, with an offer of a full refund, not having to pay the one night minimum as per their policy. We decided to give it a go and quickly changed our mind after the facilities did not meet our needs and there were no other options. If you need to sit to pee, you have 4 inches of space between the toilet and toilet paper for your thigh in room 310. 30 minutes later the policy suddenly could not be waived, and so we leave with $240 less in our bank account, in tears because she wouldn’t even consider an offer for is to pay a reasonable cleaning fee for an unused room for 30 minutes. We even got charged THE AMENITIES FEE which, we clearly did not use. I even stripped the bed, sheets and towels for them to help expedite the re-cleaning service. Zero customer service. Zero empathy. Clearly zero cares given about the client. The policy changes, or is applied only when it suits. Awful experience with Sonia from start to finish. Simply Shameful. I’m appalled at how we were treated. Go stay anywhere else.

Hotel was very nice. Suites were well stocked and comfy. Pool and hot tub area nice. Amazing views and location. Would have been 5 stars but there was some sort of kids retreat or bar mitzvah going on and there was always a bunch of young kids loitering in the hallways being very loud, and staff weren't watching what was going on. At one point there were people leaning on our door so that we couldn't leave the room even if we wanted to. Some of the kids also seemed to be drunk, so not sure if they were serving minors or if the minors were just sneaking it in for themselves. When you're paying that much per night for a room, you expect a better experience.
