J	Jessica McKeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holes in the sheets, plus they didn't use fitted sheets so as soon as you move, you are laying on bare mattress. Hallways were quiet dirty. Asked for a late checkout til noon, they could only give us 20 mins

There is a sign on the desk saying 200 dollar charge if you fail to mention you have a pet and I clearly told her we have a pet and she said we will pay when we check out. Now her co workers told us the form wasn't filled out smh

J	Jason Henderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this hotel for a last minute business trip and ended up paying quite a bit. I was pretty disappointed to find my room NOT cleaned at all. Coffee still in the Coffee pot, and soap bars on the sink and shower. The beds were made, but dirty. I would have given this a 1 star rating, but they did move me into a new room that had been cleaned. This room however still had pretty dirty sheets and horrible stains on the mattress.
K	Kev Ger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in at 8pm and by 8:30 I went down to checkout , as soon as I got in my room the people above me were banging on the floor nonstop and there was also a bunch of kids and their moms running around the hallways screaming outside my door for 15 minutes. I asked the office if I could move rooms and they told me they were full, I told them I would be checking out as there was no peace and quiet at all and the girl at the front desk was rude and couldn’t care less about the complaint just said there would be no refund and it’s my fault I was leaving… what an absolute joke of a hotel not to mention the whole place smells like urine. Save the headache and just drive to Vancouver, it’s cheaper than this dump and there isn’t a bunch of trailer trash having a sleepover with you in the hallways
F	FIONA RODRIGUES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy access from the highway and central to many shops and restaurants. Rooms are OK - pretty standard. Due to COVID they do not have room service, turndown service or come in for making the bed, changing linens, taking trash or replenishing supplies. The hot tub was also a cold tub on one of the days and the bathtub did not drain in our unit, additionally the pool is indoor but not heated I would recommend paying a little more for a better place and asking about specific details before you go.
N	Nicki Ellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for. The price was right. I'd give this motel a 2.5 star rating in terms of looks and amenities but it was a fantastic price. The room and building were very clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful. So it worked out well for a place to sleep between days of skiing. Would I stay here if I was looking for a nice getaway? The answer is for sure not, but I really can't complain about anything for the price we paid. It would have been nice to have had our towels replaced and our garbages emptied. But again, we're in a pandemic, and everyone has issues with staffing. I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels and new garbage bags. No problems at all.
