★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in there for 35 minutes, the female that was sitting at the desk in center of the store was on her cell phone talking to a friend about her holidays. When I asked if someone else was there to assist I got shushed and she held her hand up to me Rude! Then when I did manage to order product I was told I would get it in about 6 weeks, 5 months later no sofa set or chair. Cancelled my order and it's taken 2 weeks to get my refund! Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in on Sunday to mattress shop. JT (sorry if I got this wrong!) was cheerful, helpful, and great to chat with. Both JT and the other staff member working made sure we knew that they were there to help, but didn’t make us feel pressured and allowed us to take our time. Great service with a smile, thanks guys!

The store manager Eduardo was a absolute pleasure to deal with and helped me resolve any issues I had with stock or availability quickly and efficiently. As a interior designer I am always looking for good deals and superior customer service. I will definitely be shopping her again in the near future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience with Eduardo. He's the man. Very kind, knowledgeable, and conscious of the buyers needs. I had a great time not only shopping, but getting to know the staff there. I was conflicted as a first time buyer as to what to buy, I found something that caught my eye and i was all over it. Price was a little high, but Eduardo gave me a great deal on the products that i was looking for, without even asking. 10/10 service. Will be coming back.

Ordered a bed last year and one of the parts was malfunctioned (supplier issue) Eduardo at the Brick addressed by issue immediately and tried to help the manufacturer would not cooperate so he stepped up and ended up crediting me the amount I paid and got me a new bed frame. Definitely go see him for any of your furniture needs great service and very personable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my sofa from here. I sat in several different sofas for at least 10minutes each (comfort test) and the staff were very patient with me while i tried them out.
Eduardo was extremely helpful with my purchase. He set me up the interest free CC, answered all my questions about the different variations for my sofa, and was super friendly and cheerful.
Got my sofa delivered 2weeks later as i live out of town and the delivery guys were also great. Fast, tidy, friendly
