★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prix très haut, service médiocre et meubles ordinaire rien d'exceptionnelqui justifie leur prix ....début février 2021 j'ai commandé une plaque de cuisson et je devais avoir ma plaque de cuisson le 17 mars 2021, je sais qu'en temps de pandémie il peut y avoir du retard mais rendu au 17 mai 2021 toujours rien et aucune nouvelle de Tanguay. J'ai du appelé ils ont promis max 17 juin rendu au 17 juin ils ont dit 17 juillet et en juillet n'avait pu aucune idée de quand. Ils m'ont jamais appelé pour me prévenir des retard ni pour m'offrir autre chose j'ai finalement annuler mon achat le 4 août pour aller ailleurs et le 5 août le nouveau magasin me livrait ma plaque de cuisson.... plus jamais j'irai chez meubles Tanguay
 Very high price, poor service and ordinary furniture nothing exceptional that justifies their price .... at the beginning of February 2021 I ordered a hob and I had to have my hob on March 17, 2021, I know that in time pandemic there may be a delay but returned to May 17, 2021 still nothing and no news from Tanguay. I had to call they promised max June 17th returned to June 17th they said July 17th and in July had no idea when. They never called me to warn me of the delays or to offer me something else I finally canceled my purchase on August 4th to go elsewhere and on August 5th the new store delivered my hob to me .... never again I will go to Tanguay furniture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes allés chez Tanguay pour faire l'achat d'une machine à café. Malheureusement la personne qui nous a servi ne connaissait pas les machines à café et visiblement il n'y avait personne dans le magasin qui pouvait nous conseiller. La venseuse qui était tout de même très gentille, nous a mentionné qu'elle n'avait pas eu sa formation sur les machines à café. Elle a tenté de trouver des réponses sur internet.Informations que nous avions d'ailleurs trouvées avant de se rendre en magasin. Tanguay fait de la publicité à l'effet qu'il vent des petits électroménagers mais son personnel n'est malheureusement pas capable de nous conseiller. Nous avions décidé d'encourager un commerce de notre region au lieu d'acheter en ligne mais finalement la machine que nous avons choisie grâce à nos recherches sur internet et bien ils ne l'avaient pas en stoke. Pourtant sur leur site internet il était indiqué qu'elle était disponible. Donc pour conclure, nous avons perdu notre tenps car au bout de la course on va la recevoir de la même façon que si on l'avait commandé en ligne.
We went to Tanguay to buy a coffee machine. Unfortunately the person who served us did not know the coffee machines and obviously there was no one in the store who could advise us. The saleswoman, who was still very nice, told us that she hadn't had her training on coffee machines. She tried to find answers on the internet. Information that we had also found before going to the store. Tanguay advertises that it sells small appliances, but unfortunately its staff is not able to advise us. We had decided to encourage a business in our region instead of buying online, but in the end the machine we chose thanks to our research on the internet and they didn't have it in stock. However, on their website it was indicated that it was available. So to conclude, we lost our time because at the end of the race we will receive it the same way as if we had ordered it online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service de garantie que j'ai jamais vu. Notre laveuse fonctionne 1 fois sur 2 depuis mi-décembre, ils nous ont envoyé une personne pour la vérifié. Résultat depuis que la personne l'a vérifié et démonté elle ne marche plus du tout. Les pièces ne sont pas disponible donc il décide de la remplacé (ce qui devrait prendre maximum 5 jours selon la personne au service à la clientèle). La demande a été faite le 12 janvier 2022. Depuis ce temps aucune nouvelle de la part de Tanguay. J'ai appelé chaque semaine et à chaque fois on me dit que quelqu'un va me rappeler. Ce qui n'arrive jamais. Ma conjointe c'est rendu sur place et même chose, on se fait dire qu'on s'occupe de nous et la demande est en traitement... Aujourd'hui nous sommes le 16 février 2022, j'appelle au service à la clientèle et la madame me dit que la demande à été envoyé hier ?????? Mais c'est quoi cette affaire la, ça fait 1 mois qu'il sont supposé avoir fait la demande de remplacement... Nous avons une laveuse acheté en juillet qui ne fonctionne déjà plus et même pas capable d'avoir un service qui a du sens. Moi aussi je suis en affaire et j'ai jamais vu une compagnie aussi mal gérer son service.
Worst warranty service I have ever seen. Our washer has been working 1 out of 2 times since mid-December, they sent someone to check it. Result since the person checked and dismantled it no longer works at all. The parts are not available so he decides to replace it (which should take a maximum of 5 days according to the customer service person). The request was made on January 12, 2022. Since then, no news from Tanguay. I call every week and each time I am told that someone will call me back. Which never happens. My spouse went there and the same thing, we are told that we are being taken care of and the request is being processed... Today is February 16, 2022, I call the service at the customers and the lady tells me that the request was sent yesterday ?????? But what is this business, it's been 1 month since they supposedly made the replacement request... We have a washer bought in July which no longer works and is not even able to have a service that has sense. I too am in business and I have never seen a company so badly manage its service.
