★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service! J'ai commandé un meuble en décembre et la date de livraison ne cesse d'être repoussée!! La date prévue était en janvier et elle vient d'être repoussée à nouveau en juin!! 6 mois d'attente je trouve ça inacceptable. Je comprends le covid, mais il ya des limites. Le service à Isa clientèle est injoignable et personne ne peut vous répondre.. vraiment je ne recommande PAS meubles RD.
 Worst service! I ordered a piece of furniture in December and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back !! The scheduled date was in January and it has just been postponed again to June !! 6 months of waiting I find that unacceptable. I understand the covid, but there are limits. Isa customer service is unreachable and no one can answer you .. I really do NOT recommend RD Furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je veux préciser que cette note n'est pas du tout en lien avec le service des vendeurs sur place ou des livreurs, ni sur les prix, ni sur la qualité des produits. En magasin, les conseillers étaient courtois, bien renseignés et honnêtes. Les prix sont corrects.
Ce qui est moins intéressant, ce sont les dates de livraison constamment repoussées. Une journée, on m'annonce que mes électroménagers vont être livrés le lendemain. On m'envoie le ''tracking'' et comme je reste tout près de mon travail, je me dis que je pourrai prendre 1 à 2h de ''pause'' pour recevoir mes meubles. Une chance que moi ou mon conjoint n'avons pas pris une journée complète ; au moment où les livreurs sont sensés arriver, on m'annonce que la livraison ne sera possible parce que seulement 1 des 2 items auraient dû être chargé dans le camion, mais qu'il ne l'a pas été finalement... On doit reprendre un rendez-vous pour dans 2 semaines plus tard.... Service bien décevant à ce niveau. Je comprends qu'en temps de pandémie il peut être difficile d'avoir les pièces ou les meubles dans un délai normal, mais je suis directrice d'une PME et ce sont des détails que je donne très clairement à mes clients au moment de leur achat et surtout, je ne charge pas de frais pour un service que je ne peux pas assurer dans des délais raisonnables...

What is less interesting are the constantly postponed delivery dates. One day, I am told that my appliances will be delivered the next day. They send me the "tracking" and as I stay very close to my work, I tell myself that I could take 1 to 2 hours of "break" to receive my furniture. Lucky me or my partner didn't take a full day; when the delivery people are supposed to arrive, I am told that the delivery will not be possible because only 1 of the 2 items should have been loaded in the truck, but it was not finally ... We must resume an appointment for in 2 weeks later .... Very disappointing service at this level. I understand that in times of pandemic it can be difficult to have the parts or the furniture within a normal period, but I am the director of an SME and these are details that I give very clearly to my clients when they are purchase and above all, I do not charge any fees for a service that I cannot provide within a reasonable time ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tel que promis le magasin est pas décoré mais les prix me semble pas si bas que ça ! Le choix est intéressant et varié. Je pense que ça vaut la peine d’y passer si vous envisager l’achat de meubles.
As promised the store is not decorated but the prices don't seem that low to me! The choice is interesting and varied. I think it's worth stopping by if you're considering buying furniture.
