★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys don't know their product. They claimed the specific bike I was looking at buying didn't exist when I had seen it in another store. After finding it online they quoted me $100 more than the retail price listed on the Specialized website! They didn't care to make the sale or offer me any alternative bikes or talk to me about anything. Its hard to support local bike shops in this day and age of online shopping. Especially when they offer zero customer service or product knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at Expresso really bailed me out this summer when my front Di2 derailleur broke and none of the Shimano warehouses had stock. They actually took a derailleur off one of their own bikes to fix mine so I wouldn’t be stuck without a bike while on holiday. They are friendly effective and efficient. Cannot thank them enough!

This is the stuff that is proven to be suited to the demands of riding in the region, put through the paces by Benoit and his staff. Mountain bikes, gravel bikes, road bikes, E-bikes; the gang 'gets it.' Hard to find items, like Rene Herse tires, Tubolito tubes, and OneUp tools complement the expert bike fitting service Benoit provides, for all bike types. If you want grounded, pro-level support and service from folks who are relatable, honest, and kind, this is the place to go.
