★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to take the opportunity and thank Joe for taking his time to diagnose over the phone the problems with my espresso machine. After looking at all the options his advice was not to repair it at all, but rather trade it in or sell it for parts and to buy a new one. He even went for the extra mile and suggested the brand and model to buy which was at the moment on sale online at 50% off. For me, it speaks volumes of his professionalism, expertise and honesty. Now I know where to service my new machine. Thanks again, Joe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife found this company when our Gaggia Swing Up broke. I was pessimistic and thought it was done, but she wanted to have us get it checked out in case it could be repaired. The machine was expensive.
The repair was fast, cost $250 to replace the grinder and fix the components inside that were busted, and it is now working better than I've ever seen it work (I got it second hand). The owner gave me a bunch of tips on how to clean it and what type of coffee to use.
I am so impressed with my experience here and satisfied with my service. I recommend anyone who needs an espresso machine repaired or looked at to go here. There is no fooling around.
Now let me sip on my coffee :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe was super-responsive and really knows his stuff based on years and years of repair experience. I had a Saeco Moltio 3-1/2 yrs old which stopped functioning. Joe talked me through the dos and don'ts (I was already doing a lot of this correctly). Joe coached me on my next automatic espresso machine and he will be repairing/tuning up any of my machines from now on. I was truly impressed with the time he took with me even though, at this moment, I don't have a machine to repair with him.
