★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon service, rapide, réparateur courtois et efficace. Bémol: une pièce de plastique avait brisé sur le panier du haut entraînant un non fonctionnement du moteur. Une fois le morceau brisé retiré le lave vaisselle s’est remis en marche mais le réparateur n’a pas crue bon m’informer que la pièce qui avait brisé devrait être changer. Résultat 3 semaines plus tard je dois commander la pièce et la changer. Il aurait simplement pu me le conseiller tout de suite et peut-être même la changer immédiatement si la dite pièce était disponible.
Very good service, fast, courteous and efficient repairman. Downside: a piece of plastic had broken on the top basket causing the motor to not work. Once the broken piece was removed, the dishwasher restarted but the repairman did not see fit to inform me that the part that had broken should be changed. Result 3 weeks later I have to order the part and change it. He could simply have advised me right away and maybe even changed it immediately if the said part was available.
