★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bon service, compétents mais gonflent artificiellement leurs factures en inscrivant le double du temps travaillé dans mon cas. Aussi, chargent déplacement supplémentaire parce qu’ils n’ont pas la pièce en main ce jour-là.
Le même travail avait été effectué quelques années plus tôt par une autre compagnie (avait été bien effectué) et avait coûté 1,5 fois moins cher.
Bref, je ne recommande pas cette compagnie.
Good service, competent but artificially inflate their invoices by recording double the time worked in my case. Also, charge extra travel because they don't have the part on hand that day.
The same work had been done a few years earlier by another company (had been done well) and had cost 1.5 times less.
In short, I do not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucune nouvelle après la visite du technicien. Pour apprendre à la fin de l'été que les pièces n'était plus disponible...Pas vraiment, je les ai trouvé sur le net! J'aurais apprécié au moin un appel après la visite qui m'a coûté presque 200$.
No news after the technician's visit. To learn at the end of the summer that the parts were no longer available ... Not really, I found them on the net! I would have appreciated at least a call after the visit which cost me almost $ 200.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Techniciens compétents. Par contre la facturation est excessive: $120 de temps plus $120 de déplacement pour une réparation qui a pris 20 minutes. En plus cette entreprise est à 10 minutes de chez moi. La même réparation a eu lieu dans le passé à deux occasions et il n'y avait pas cette double facturation. Malgré leur compétence, je recommande de magaziner et de demander une estimé avant les travaux.
Competent technicians. On the other hand, billing is excessive: $ 120 of time plus $ 120 of travel for a repair that took 20 minutes. In addition this company is 10 minutes from my home. The same repair took place in the past on two occasions and there was no double billing. Despite their competence, I recommend to store and ask for an estimate before the work.
