 We dealt with LB e air conditioning for a repair and Carl was courteous and super professional. It feels good to have such service from a company when we are in trouble. It's reassuring !

Ma conjointe était anxieuse pour les travaux et Luc et son équipe ont su lui expliquer exactement chaque étape de l'installation et ont répondu à toutes nos questions.
L'équipe est arrivée à l'heure. Installation sans aucun problème, de façon très professionnelle et minutieuse.
Ils savent exactement ce qu'ils font. Ils ont tout nettoyé avant de quitter les lieux. Ils nous ont bien expliqué comment utiliser et maintenir le matériel.
Je recommande fortement!

I contacted Comfort LB for the installation of a heat pump in a condo.
My wife was anxious about the work and Luc and his team were able to explain each step of the installation to her exactly and answered all our questions.
The team arrived on time. Installation without any problem, very professional and meticulous.
They know exactly what they are doing. They cleaned everything up before leaving the premises. They clearly explained to us how to use and maintain the equipment.
I highly recommend!

Merci à Luc et toute son équipe (Francis, Carl et le maître électricien) pour l'installation de notre nouvelle thermopompe Fujitsu. Luc nous a bien conseillé et inspire confiance du début à la fin du processus.
Notre installation en copropriété a présenté son lot de défis (location d'une nacelle, passage d'un fil par le grenier du voisin), mais l'entreprise s'est démarqué en prenant bien le temps de trouver la meilleure option, au lieu d'abandonner pour le plus facile.
Climat Confort n'est probablement pas l'option la moins cher sur le marché, mais comme n'importe quoi, on obtient pour ce que l'on paie: la qualité des travaux ainsi que le professionalisme de l'équipe.
Un gros merci encore une fois, vivement l'été au frais pendant le télétravail!

Thank you to Luc and all his team (Francis, Carl and the master electrician) for installing our new Fujitsu heat pump. Luc advised us well and inspires confidence from start to finish.
Our condominium installation presented its share of challenges (renting a cradle, passing a wire through the neighbor's attic), but the company stood out by taking the time to find the best option, instead to give up for the easier.
Climat Confort is probably not the cheapest option on the market, but like anything, you get for what you pay: the quality of the work as well as the professionalism of the team.
A big thank you once again, warmly in the cool summer while teleworking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 years ago we changed out our heatpump for a newer model, the first year it was fine since then its been downhill, in summer we have water drainage issues in the winter the machine outside works when it wants to. Its been 2 weeks that im heating my house by electric plug in heaters. Considering were paying 15000$+ i find it absolutley ludacris. If i could i would give them back their machine take my money ba k and go elsewhere. They also never answer the phone ...any of them. Quite a joy.
