★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fait un appel de service pour un problème de chambre froide qui ne fonctionnait plus. Suivant l'appel de service, il a fini par changer le compresseur. La même journée, le système à de nouveau fait défaut. Lorsque je l'ai rappelé, il m'a répondu que c'était à cause de mon local qui était trop chaud et que le système de réfrigération était de mauvaise qualité. Vraiment du n'importe quoi! Je voulais qu'il me donne des solutions mais il semblait plutôt vouloir défendre le travail qu'il avait fait plus tôt. Super ordinaire comme réponse pour quelqu'un qui se dit connaitre le domaine! Nous avons appeler une autre entreprise et ils ont pu régler le problème super rapidement. La température n'était pas le problème évidement!
Made a service call for a problem with a cold room that was no longer functioning. Following the service call, he ended up changing the compressor. The same day, the system failed again. When I called him back, he replied that it was because my room was too hot and that the refrigeration system was of poor quality. Really nonsense! I wanted him to give me solutions but rather he seemed to want to defend the work he had done earlier. Super ordinary as an answer for someone who says he knows the area! We called another company and they were able to fix the problem super quickly. The temperature was obviously not the problem!
