★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 2019 Softail Slim from
this dealer. Finance was a hot mess. Slow and awkward communications. They tried to sell me a bike that still had a bank lien on it from the previous owner and didn't seem to know how to deal with that. I had to do my own title search and then explain to them why it was a problem and how they needed to deal with it. It was weird.
When I went to pick up the bike the battery wasn't charged and the paperwork wasn't ready even though they had plenty of notice. They just seemed very disorganized and obviously did not properly prep the bike despite having it for a month after I purchased it.
I trailered the bike home and put it on a charger. It's not holding a charge so now when I take the bike in to my local Harley dealer for an Ontario safety I have to pay the dealer to look at the electrical system on a bike I just purchased and haven't even ridden yet.
I've purchased plenty of snowmobiles, bikes, cars, ATVs over the years and can't recall ever having so many issues with a dealer before.
The only bright spot was the sales rep who did step in a couple of times to help me move things along. Service and finance are totally broken making for a stressful experience. No recommendation and no repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to buy a motorcycle from them convinced me to give up the hobby and buy a boat instead. Horrible experience. No information, no service, bad attitude all around, sighing receptionist, hung up on me during transfer a total of 3 times. Had to call 5 times to know what product will actually be available. Always feel like I'm asking them a favor. They have no idea what is available or not, the customer have to clue them in. They don't have time for you and they make you feel like you bother them.
It seems there is no profit to do selling new bikes so they really don't care. I cancelled my order and took my deposit back, they didn't even bother to ask why. I will now miss the season and I am very disappointed. Currently looking for a different activity to do this summer. If I was to do this again, I would go somewhere else. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother shopping here. The sales staff are great but the finance people don’t care about communication. I am English and had parts of my paperwork in French. My girlfriend asked for the person in finance to call her at 930 and didn’t hear anything until 745 at night. Emails would take several hours or a day later to respond to. If you aren’t going to finance then it should be good. The sale staff are great.
I didn’t buy a bike from them because of the finance department lack of communication.
I asked for my deposit back on Friday 18 March 2022 and still haven’t received yet. They keep saying soon. Don’t spend your money here it’s not worth the hassle.
