Bought a Ducati Monster 797plus+Abs. Last December 2019 they didn’t prepare the bike for pickup from Toronto.They sold me a Domino anti theft systems was not added and engraved to the bike service for paper transfers was not ready didn’t help with customers service. Bunch of scammers and unprofessional people works there including Pascal Royer,Maxime Russell,don’t buy anything from them ,they will Scammed you.Oil change was not change when we arrive,old gas inside the tank. Please buy from legit person.

Very poor experience Purchased a new 2021 Campagna T rex unit had some kms from sales manager use . One fender was damaged and a logo and some fasteners were missing. The dealer promised to replace the missing and damaged parts. No help was provided loading machine on trailer , the salesman disappeared after being shown the defects on the unit , no one thanked me for my business or said goodbye when I left the dealer. 6 months later 20 emails and phone calls made , sales manager ,finance manager promised to look into the situation and no resolution let alone updates . Very poor communication among staff, very poor customer service , very poor communication with customers. One star rating only because the product is excellent .

You want to buy a motorcycle and feel at home. Motoplex is the adress. Carol-Anne and Raphael made me feel at home and they did their best to give the perfect service. Thank you MotoPlex Mirabel family. EDITED: I was really happy with the MotoPlex until the day of the delivery. I hired the delivery company that they are working with and inform them about the delivery date and time. That date, the Motorcycle was not ready and trying to contact with them ? Impossible. I talked with the receptionist and she does not even listen to you, she just trensfers you. Second disappointment was when I receive the bike. I found out that there was a scratch on the right side and unpolishment on the upper side of the bike. Just Be careful and check every part of the vehicle that you are buying to avoid this kind of surprise. Second bike? Definetely Not From Them.

Want to sell financing not product . Parts and service a joke . Gave them another try this year ,interested in purchasing a motorcycle . Salesman was supposed to get back to me regarding negotiations ,waited 2-3 days and still no news . I then decided to visit the dealership and find out what was happening ,salesman said to me , I thought we were too far apart and decided to not call you back . Started negotiations again ,low balled me on my trade ins and I decided that the deal was not for me .I walked out after thanking the salesman for his efforts ,as I was getting ready to leave he came out and sweetened the offer , at this point I was starting to have doubts about the deal. I followed him inside and he then mentioned that the amount did not include sales tax .I then told him that the figure he mentioned to me in the parking lot was acceptable and sales tax was not . He again returned to his manager to get the deal approved ,when he returned he told me that it was not acceptable ,and asked me to never return to his dealership . Wow ,business must be awesome when you can treat customers in such a manner . I drove 50 km in order to be treated like this ,super attitude Motoplex Mirabel .

They dropped me as a customer and continue to refuse me service on account of having too many clients. As an owner of a Royal Enfield motorcycle, I am supposed to have it serviced by a licenced royal enfield dealer. If you cannot honour your responsibilities as the sole licensee in this region, you should stop selling Royal Enfield immediately and pass the baton to a business that can do so. They referred me to some random mechanic dude 30 minutes further away. This person cannot fulfil their responsibilities as a Royal Enfield mechanic as they are not licensed to purchase any parts from them. The only choice I have left is to responsibly sell this motorcycle to someone that can actually have it serviced in Montreal and take a hit on the sale.
