★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendez-vous at 2 came early waited 1hr before went in for service , meanwhile I was told prior to coming not to be late or I may lose my spot. Coincidentally when it went in and the bill was marked at 2:55 all mechanism on break until 3:15. In reality had a rendezvous at 2 and the vehicle was started to get serviced at 3:15. Disappointed on service desk attendants, make you feel that it's normal to wait. I am taking my seasonal tires with me and gonna have it serviced somewhere else.
On a good point I purchased my car here and was very happy with all the courtesy he provided, as well as the mechanics that gave me some info on my Jeep.
The first ppl you see at the service department should know well ahead where they stand in wait time and social skills.

I drove from Montreal because of the advertising I have seen on both website (Jeep and the dealership website). Also it was the Worst dealership experience I have ever had. The only advise I can give you “ Stay away from this dealership”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a new or used car can always be a stressful transaction. I purchased a second hand jeep based on promises by the manager Alex Lalondre that any noise I heard during the test drive would be taken care of. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was still making noise and though there was some back and forth with the vehicle, Alex took care of the promises he made and made what could have been a horrendous experience and turned it into a relatively pleasant one.
Overall satisfied, thank you.

They put a low price on the web to get you come and see but once you are there they will use every sale tricks to recoup more profit .
They also do not honor their words. If you buy something there BE WISE and record every conversation prior to sign everything. Do not trust the salesman or the manager.!!! Especially the big manager. He isn't the boss for a reason. For instance, we were offered a free oil change and brake/pad replacement upon delivery of 2017 truck. None of that were done.
On top of that, the manager told that nothing of such was noted in the sale thus it was our responsibility to verify before leaving the parking lot with the new truck. therefor refused to honor the promising stuff.
As for the service, it is very slow.. they don't have enough lift and tech working. It can take weeks for an appointment and you may have to leave your vehicle for a while. Will they let you use a one of their courtesy car? only if they want to. if the job on your vehicle is a big one and i mean something they can make a lot of money out of it. Yes they will let you courtesy car, but for minor stuff like brakes, oil maintenance. no you will have to either wait there or use their escort driver.
Did i mention that a friend of mine work there. And i know that a few good people are working there though but in general i do not recommend this place. If you buy, RECORD your conversation and pay attention to very small detail. Do not let go your vigilance. They will try to recoup more profit after you sign!!

I reserved a car already but the agent have not any initiative to call or follow up with me, I was the one who is following up to them to what’s next, when I called the agent he never answered, I even tried to ask to changed an agent but they are so rude and in my surprise they already sold the car to someone!! The agent really did not even informed me and if I did not called my money will not get reimbursed. This is how they treat their client and I am very disappointed to this dealer and agent.

The staff is highly qualified, courteous and most importantly, patient and understanding.
A standout person is Mr. Francois Richer, who handled my case and responded to practically a carpet bombing of questions with ease and precision.
Everyone else I had to deal with went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress free, something that cannot be said for many dealers imho.
If someone wants to buy a new car but may be intimidated by the distance, the trip to St-Jerome could be worth it. You might find the car of your dreams!
