โ โ โ โ โ I am giving 2 stars just for the facility, their therapists and their service is really pathetic and terrible.most of the time regular therapists will be on vacation and then a substitute therapist will be coming and wonโt be conducting the session properly. The entire 3 hours session is wasted. The clinical supervisor never came for any session. I will say the clinical supervisor Kailey for ABA therapy was good for nothing. They use a lot of screen time for autistic kids. They donโt care whether the kids improve or not.And they keep on saying they have the best therapists. Please do better.

โ โ โ โ โ Stay clear of this place. They have the worst attendance policy during a pandemic. If your child is sick obviously they cannot attend treatment but they will not credit you for the missed sessions. You lose money needed to help your child. They do not care for the children or else they would not have this kind of policy. This is a money grab. Do not come here.

โ โ โ โ โ They have the worst receptionist/scheduling staff. Very rude and such a bully. She told me her name was Shelley. Not sure if that's her real name. (call log: Monday, Oct. 18, 2021, 8:26am)
She was blaming me and for "causing trouble" in their system when I asked to re-schedule my daughter's appointment! Really?
Staff, especially those talking to parents who deal with kids in need of help should be more considerate and kind knowing that we are all already dealing with a lot of things ourselves too. She caused my blood pressure to shoot up, ruined my Monday morning and caused more anxiety and undue stress. I guess it's my miss for not checking reviews prior to booking here, then I would've seen how CONSISTENTLY BAD, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL your staff are even since 2 years back!
Erinoak Mississauga, you need to hire better, polite and respectful staff to handle your appointments! Your patients and parents do not deserve this kind of treatment.

โ โ โ โ โ Therapist are great. Unfortunately the systems In place need to be re evaluated and there is not a whole lot of consideration for the families as a whole. A lot of policies are counter productive in assisting families and can be triggering . I once spoke to a supervisor about concerns and she was dismissive. Majority of my sons therapies i delivered since we did video because there was no consideration for single parent house holds who didn't have much support if they had more than one child. I like the idea this place presents but my experience hasn't been the greatest.

โ โ โ โ โ I cannot stress enough to stay away from this place. Any ErinOak Centre is horrible. They have the worst receptionist/scheduling staff who are very rude. Not to mention the gatekeepers at the locations are not friendly and very rude as well. I asked to speak to a supervisor to relay my concerns and was told none were available. How can such rude people be around kids all day? Also the lady at the front was all up in my face. You are so worried about COVID well then how about you social distance and give me some space.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolute horrible place if you are looking for any kind of therapy. They were only able to provide therapy sessions every few months which was not going to cut it for our autistic, non-verbal child. We just stopped going and are now paying more for private speech and OT. However, we are getting the help we need every week as opposed to every few months. Do not waste your time with this place.

โ โ โ โ โ This centre doesn't refund or make up sessions if your kid is sick (In the middle of a pandemic!)
After paying 8700$ for a 3-month, 2 full days ABA classroom package from my hard-earned money, I was shocked that if my kid got sick, they won't give back any credit or make up the session for him. If your kid got a runny nose or any other symptom (my kid is fully vaccinated and we as parents are triple vaccinated), they would cancel the whole day even if you called them in advance to report your child absence.
I'd never recommend this place to any parent. If you'd like to purchase any package there, keep in mind that their "policy" doesn't give you any credit or sessions. I've lost 2 full days of sessions because my son was sick and nobody there cared to call me back. 700$ have been wasted!
Because parents of special needs children are finding money on the trees!
