★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had such great experiences with Andrew--I've purchased 2 homes (both below asking--one was in Toronto last December during our crazy real estate bubble!) and sold 2 homes, both of which set records.
I've also referred him to my mom and my sister and each of them have sold a property with Andrew, and he set records for them too.
Andrew truly goes above and beyond and is incredibly creative in his thinking and execution, which is in my opinion why he is so good at what he does. I have a pre build townhouse which should be ready in November and I'm looking forward to listing with Andrew and receiving top dollar for that as well.

We met Andrew when we were looking to downsize from our house and had found the perfect condo. Not only were we able to obtain the condo at a great price, Andrew coordinated upgrades to our house that resulted in a sale price higher than we had imagined. So a win-win for all involved! Even my lawyer said she had never worked with such a terrific (and "honest" ...and that's a quote) real estate agent! Thanks Andrew!

He takes the time to understand what is on your must-have list, even if it changes after each viewing. Only two days of viewing homes was needed before Andrew found the perfect home in the perfect location for my husband and me.
