Excellent service and trustworthy!! Kalra ji assisted us in getting a rental property in Oakville and recently helped us secure our first home in Burlington. We visited over 15 properties before finalizing the rental property. Even after many property visits, he did not push us to close the rental quickly. Instead, he always understood our requirements and looked for more options. During buying process, we spent over 3 months visiting more than 25 properties. He always provided excellent advice, did thorough market study and always accomodated our requests in his schedule. His understanding of layout and build quality is second to none. In a very speculative market, he did not push us to stretch our budget, not even once. Instead he was always keen on thinking the decision through before making an offer.
