★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abrar Shamim is one of the best realtors anyone can go with. He helped us find our first home in 2016, and when we were ready to move again in 2020, he was the one we contacted. He is so kind and patient, and he listened to each of our requests. Even after changing our mind several times over small details of what we wanted in a home, he was still so accommodating and helpful. Not only did he help us find our dream home, but he also was amazing at selling our home. He went to extra lengths to help us prepare our home for viewings, with helpful tips about even the smallest detail. He was very resourceful with hiring photographers to take amazing pictures of the house from every angle. Basically, we didn't have to worry about anything, he took care of everything, from beginning to end. He is a very honest guy and our realtor for life. We would highly recommend using his services.

He helped me out through tough times. He was very responsive and professional. He advised very professionally and has a lot of experience due to his exposure to the industry. He is very humble and kind and is always available on call and in person which shows dedication and care for his clients. He didn’t treated me like a client like everyone else does in this field there is a personal touch in his work. I would highly recommend him as he knows what he’s doing.
