It’s better to do some computer stuff, photocopy, research ( if you don’t have computer or internet at home) rather than going to staples, they will ask charges if you need their assistance to photocopy ..

One star because my package was scanned in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a scam. Even though they are a listed, and verified over the phone with UPS that they are a authorized drop off centre, they charge $2.00 to drop off packages. They also charge $1.00 per page to print something out. No, I will not be going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't believe they try to charge $2 to drop off UPS packages. The UPS Store is just a few blocks away, they offer the same services as Envoy, are cheaper, and the staff are more professional and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to return a purchase through UPS so I confirmed on the UPS website that Envoy was an authorized drop off location. The UPS website said it was so I hopped on the bus and made my way there. When I arrived I was told that there was a $2 fee for each package. I asked why and was told that they are not an authorized UPS location. Despite there being a mask mandate due to COVID, the employee was not wearing a mask. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this business.
