★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to rent a car for a weekend a few weeks back, and the process was so easy! they had a really great selection on the lot, and their prices were super competitive. will definitely be using the service again, their manager harris? i can't remember, was very friendly, and helped me decide on whether i should get insurance or just use my visa. thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from start to finish. I made a booking last minute and needed a full size vehicle. They didn't have any clean vehicles available as it was short notice. Jay (I think he's the manager) was very accommodating, he gave me the option to wait while they clean the car or get me going right away in an upgraded SUV. I chose to get the upgrade. The car was very clean and in good condition. The whole experience was very fast, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Upon returning the car, they asked how everything was with my trip and apologized for not having the size of car I was booked for. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Will be renting from this location again soon.

See my car which one they gave to me its very dirty and with animals hairs left there any to much dirty smell in car ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a New Corolla LE 2021/2022 as I pre-ordered the same exact car which will come on July. So I just hit 2 birds in one stone. I got a car for our weekend getaway and I was able to sufficiently test drived my future car. It was my first time using Enterprise and I was blown away with the simplicity and seamlessness of transaction. Reasonable Price, Clean Cars, and the thing that really caught my attention are the nice and professional staffs and managers. I can't speak for all Enterprise branches but it would be so nice if this is the general culture of the company. Special mention to Thane, Bhanu, and the staff who offered me a Timbit ( sorry bro, I didn't catched Your name). Stay Jolly, Friendly, and Nice. Seriously, You are an asset to Your company and You guys left me a good, sweet first impression. Will rent again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience with Enterprise. I was unable to book online due to a computer issue so I had to place a call in order to secure a vehicle. From the very get-go the experience was a pleasant and smooth one. Talking to a representative was easy and booking was quick. She was very professional and helpful. Went to pick up the car and was greeted by Mr. Bhanu Bansal at the Rexdale location. This individual is utmost professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We picked up the vehicle very quickly and seamlessly with all our needs taken care of. Mr. Bansal advised us on many options available at our disposal and due to a fact that this particular location did not have a compact car available, he upgraded us to the compact SUV at no extra charge. I shall recommend Enterprise to all my friends, and I will most certainly continue to use their services (specifically at this location) in the future. Enterprise hit it out of the park with fantastic customer service and great rental rates. Well done Enterprise!

I will definitely be coming by again if i need to rent a car. The entire staff were so welcoming and friend also. The best experience i have endured while renting.
