m	maxmoparAngelo P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my Passat for a oil change that took a hour n 15 minutes what a joke.they broke my underside oil pan cover n said it was that way .no way it was because driving in it would have scrape but driving out it was scrapping underside.they didn't check or top off any fliuld nothing.i will never go there again.horrible oil change business.would not recommended them stay away.

A	Aibek John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service. Standard oil change took 45 mins with no other cars in front of me. Also I could suggest checking your invoice in detail before paying. They added in a charge of $20 as a ‘Special filter charge’. It’s a standard Dodge Grand Caravan. What special filter does it need ? Worst part was not mentioning it before charging it. They take payment first and then hand you the invoice as you are driving off. Didn’t see the charge until I was back already. Would not repeat. For the price I paid my expectations for service were not met
K	Kat W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, lack of empathy, and unprofessional. I highly recommend you avoid this location. I should have read all the Google reviews before driving here. This location does not honour the $10 off oil change coupons that are published directly on the Jiffy Lube Corporate website, despite the franchise location and valid expiry date being clearly displayed. This business claimed they "didn't have it in their system, and couldn't help." After asking to speak to a manager, the manager claimed they were "too busy" to come over. (As a note, it wasn't busy, as I specifically chose to visit in offpeak hours.) Out of principle, I decided to patiently wait them out until they were no longer "too busy" to speak to a customer. Eventually, they came over and said they had no idea what coupon it was, and couldn't do anything about it. This was going to be my first time trying Jiffy Lube, looks like that's no longer the case. Unfortunate.

He didn’t know how he just kept telling me it’s a old car and said you have to push a button. I said no I think your supposed to use the pedals (like I did last time) he said no and asked me to get out of the car so he could fix it, he’s sitting in my car for 10 mins pushing random buttons and now everything on my car is in MPH and can’t figure out how to change it back !!! If you don’t know how to do it then I suggest next time don’t push random buttons.

The owner needs to realize hiring kids without any experience isn’t going to save him money when I’m never coming back to this dump again. I’m letting my entire company know and he just lost business to a company with over 187 trucks. Useless do not waste your time here.

Had a $20 off coupon for a conventional oil change which was valid until 03/18/22. They advertise no appointments needed so they can get you to the shop and then tell you it's NOT valid hoping you will still go through with the oil change at regular price. The supervisor was also too "busy" to come over and deal with his customers because they don't care at this location. Stay away from this location.
