Brought my truck in for service a few months after purchase. Needed a loaner for the day that could carry all my tools, the service department lined me up with the perfect rental for the day. Needed to keep the truck overnight which was no issue at all. The next day the truck was ready to go, very smooth process dropping off the rental and picking up my vehicle. Big shout out to Ed and Julian in the service department for helping me out and keeping me informed every step of the way. Even included a wash and shine. Couldn’t be happier !

Firstly, thank you to everyone at Leggat for anything they have helped me with. I do want to mention somone specific that i think stands out from the rest. The MVP of Leggat team would have to be Julian. Amazing guy let me tell you. Will go out of his way to make sure you get the service you deserve. I have nothing but good words for him. Purchased a car from Benny. It was a an easy, pleasant and fair transaction. I found Benny, and all the staff that I dealt with pleasant, personable and polite. The Finance Manager (Vik) explained all the details of the transaction, warranty and service options clearly and in full. Their commitments for delivery was spot on. The car was cleaned, fueled and ready to go when I went to pick it up. Benny explained the major features of the car before I drove off. I've had 4 experiences with 4 GM/Chevy dealerships and I have to say the Leggat Chevrolet Buick GMC is by far the most amazing experience I've had. So far I've had an oil change visit and a warranty replacement visit and both were quick, hassle free, accommodating, and just over all completely satisfying. I truly must say Eddie and the team there restored my faith in what can be provided by the service staff. Everything from how personable, reliable, and communicative the staff were was unbelievable. I can't say enough about the service team there.

I just bought a used 2017 equinox here. The sales men Benny, was excellent to deal with. Very professional and no pressure. I was supposed to pick up the car on a Thursday and my current car at the time broke down on the Wednesday. Benny expedited the sale so I was able to pick it up a day early. That really helped me out because I was in a bind. Also in the initial first couple of days dealing with this dealership, I got an email from the sales manager with a follow up, making sure everything was going good, offering to contact him if any I had any questions or issues. I thought that was really good on the management part. I call that accountability. Also I had to get something taken off my old car, for I was leaving my car with them. That was a spur of the moment decision, and they squeezed me in so I could get my trailer hitch and harness removed from my car. The maintenance technician that removed it did an incredible job. I am an aircraft mechanic and I recognize good work, when I see it. Good teamwork there Leggat.

I was looking to buy a 7-seater vehicle and I live in Brampton. I went to Frost as it was the closest to my place, but had a very bad experience at that location. So, we reached out to almost 20 dealerships across GTA and surrounding areas over the past couple of weeks. Considering the inventory crisis, very few even seem interested in speaking to us respectfully. Then I spoke with Benny, he is sales consultant at Leggat Etobicoke, over the phone. He was very friendly and even though there wasn’t a vehicle available (the one I was looking for), he still patiently listen to my needs and helped me narrow down my options as well as the important features that I should consider. Once the vehicle came in stock we visited the showroom and did the test drive and although we were late, Benny made sure we took our time for the test drive, explained all the important features and the options for the car without rushing us into buying the vehicle (this was new to us). He is extremely knowledgeable and a great person to talk to. We liked the overall experience so much that we finalized the vehicle right away. Benny was very helpful throughout the process. He then introduced us to Vik, who is the Sales Manager, he was again extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He made sure that we get our vehicle well within our budegt. He suggested very important things and considering that we were only leasing our vehicle for a few years, rather than pushing on us the things we don’t need, helped us in making the right decision on the various pre-sale packages offered by the car companies/dealerships. I’m pretty sure that he did the best he could to make sure that we were getting the best deal possible. I will emphasize that they are looking to gain a customer relationship for years to come (I respect that a lot) and not take advantage of this situation while it lasts and for that reason I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to visit Leggat Etobicoke and ask for Benny and Vik and you’ll be more than pleased knowing that you got yourself the best deal.

One of the Best Dealerships I’ve been to ever. Purchased the vehicle in the current Pandemic/vehicle shortage period. Exceptional Service provided by the Leggat Staff. There were No Tricks /No Extra charges, which is usually described as “mandatory” by every other dealership these days. My Salesperson Mr. Benny and Sales manager Mr. Vik were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Benny knew and explained all the vehicle features and details. He also helped me setup my phone and on-star on the vehicle. And when it came to Numbers, Mr. Vik explained everything in details and he made the whole process of applying for the loan super easy. Had purchased few vehicles in the past from other dealerships but the service I got has no words. After delivery of my vehicle, I decided to upgrade my second vehicle and Mr. Benny explained how the trade-in will work and I got the top money for my existing vehicle. Mr. Benny told me that new vehicle will be available in a month due to shortage and delivery was right on time. So Happy with Leggat Dealership and will be Recommending them to everyone I know and they got me as a customer for life.
