★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was bad. Called several times but no answer. I when online and booked a car and got a confirmation email. Called a cab to get to the carleton place location. Nobody was there, so the staff at the dealership called enterprise and they sent over a representative from Perth which is half an hour away. When he arrive he informed me that all the cars were out and that the website will always send you a confirmation email regardless of actual car availability. When another customer showed up to drop off a car, I ask to rent it, and that’s when I he told me a credit car was required . I pointed out what the website says and he said all of that only applies in the USA. Hmmmm
Cab to and from rental site $40
Time wasted calling, booking online, travelling to the office, waiting for the rep to show only to be told the website is a complete sham... priceless
STAY away from website, if they don’t answer the phone ... call budget, they actually pickup

Enterprise was quick and easy to get along with and the girl was great to deal with. I would recommend renting a car here ,nice people to deal with !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is it so difficult to list your rental requirements when booking? This is a known problem across all locations - inconsistency. In two separate places on the website, it says accepts all major credit and debit cards. It states that when paying with debit, the customer must supply additional information. I came prepared with 4 utility bills and current auto insurance policy; but was turned away. I read through the list we were provided in person - same information as your website.
The rep said something about the US. I showed her the Canadian site.
An already stressful situation made much worse.
Location was clean.
Never did see the vehicle, and went elsewhere to rent.

Iv been renting car for over two years now,so iv got to interact alot with the car rental reps/employees. I must say Daniel went above and beyond. While handling my rental not only was she very professional, but after getting a flat tire, Daniel actually went out of her way to come back to the office even tho they had closed for the day and put me in a new car so I didn't have to be left waiting for a tow truck or them to open again in the morning. She was genuinely happy to help me and I couldn't recommend this place more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking to rent a minivan for two days and none of the Enterprise locations in Ottawa had one available even though I booked two weeks in advance, I was upgraded to SUV at Kanata location which I had to accept reluctantly, called the CARLETON place location and they got me a minivan from smiths falls and were able to switch the SUV for a minivan. Huge shout out to Vanessa for getting us the minivan and making the whole process a very efficient, hassle free and wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this place.
