★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Build quality and home layout are above expectations, better than any other new build I've lived in. The included standards are miles ahead of everything else in the area. I was one of the first people to move into the development and waited over a year for completion (bought pre-construction) and it was worth the wait.
I considered Cardel Homes Carleton Place development, but their houses are much smaller (they actually included the sq ft of the basement in their advertisements) and the exterior designs are a failed attempt at modern design.

Amazing Customer service, they helped me customize my home and choose all the finishes that I wanted. Great expert advice, great home builder. I will Highly recommend Olympia home to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with this builder has been a nightmare...he is rude and disrespectful and has failed to successfully communicate since our purchase. We have been fighting to have a deck repaired that failed building code and was promised to be repaired by end of October...today is Novemeber 1st and they have yet to contact us(and the other homes on my street with same issue) They still havent paid my Realtor and our closing date was in August. We have other issues that have never been dealt with as well and I'm just beyond disappointed with their workmanship.
Buyer beware and make sure you get references from recent homebuyers...and I'm still waiting for stairs to be put on my deck that we paid for as an upgrade...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with this builder is a nightmare. Poor customer service/communication/ organizational skills. Poor finishing and numerous defects.
Sadly, the builder is in no hurry to fix the defeciences. Been going after them for months but not much has happened. I have received similar complaints from some of my neighbors. So frustrating!!!!!!!!

Not professional and poor communication skills.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all
Buy at your own risk
A lot of construction defects such as forgetting to add upgrades as big as additional bedrooms.
If possible hire a private inspector on closing check your heating and wiring as those are poorly done too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a former Interior & exterior contractor for 17+ years, I became a licensed and certified inspector in 2018. I am sick of builders taking advantage of everyone and they're not being help responsible. What company would I recommend? None. They are all in this for the quick buck and you pay the penalty for this. I just inspected two neighbours with olympia homes, they both had undersized furnaces & AC units. Make sure to check yours?! What this means is they are overworking and will break sooner then expected, to replace both with labor your looking close $9-$10K. If you have that kind of money, hey please don't listen to me?!
