Nice houses for the middle of nowhere

Very hard to understand wanted to purchase new house and has very conflicting info never felt valued

Just looked at a new home and it was very impressive.nice homes for sure.

This is what you get when you buy with Homes by Dream. 6 months after taking possession of our home we still have large rocks and gravel in our front yard. We are still waiting on our window wells to be filled. We still have a 5" drop along the side of our walk to our home filled with rock and construction debris left behind by the builder. We have been in contact with them regularly about these issues since taking possession, and each time we speak the time-frame on dealing with these items gets pushed back. There is always a new excuse why these things can not be dealt with. Do not buy with them. They care about selling a house, they don't care about finishing the build you once you take possession. Come into the community and ask people their experience. I don't think a single one would recommend purchasing with them. Could not be more disappointed in our experience and I'm tired of being told "just a few more weeks". Don't buy with them. In response to the builders reply, aside from the grade issue itself, and the gravel in our yard being an inconvenience because we are contractually obligated to landscape within a certain time frame, these are also safety issues. The holes on the sides of the sidewalk being exposed the way they are dangerous, especially in a home with young children. We have been told multiple times it has nothing to do with trade availability or weather and is because it doesn't make financial sense to send equipment up to deal with just our house, and that we have to wait for all new construction to be finished before they will pay to have ours dealt with (which is ironic because the contractor they use lives and stores his equipment on our street). To clarify how poorly this builder is viewed by our neighborhood, after making this post yesterday I had more neighbors then I can count reach out with different ways to contact home warranty, different managers and higher ups in the company, because the builders here simply will not complete their contractual obligations.
