★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a trailer here, and brakes were faulty. This wouldn't have been a big deal if it was inspected before delivery. Unfortunately there was no safety protocol that I could tell done on the trailer I rented. The girl came out to double-check hookup and take pictures for liability for them, but missed the screw lock on the hitch to my truck. Unfortunately, this was a new feature to me as I was only familiar with the old style of clip locks. So I drove away unaware of the danger assuming she did her job. I drove 4 hours on bumpy steep mountain roads with an unlocked trailer. Luckily I did not have an accident. This was also the time I discovered the faulty brakes. On return, I told the girl the brakes were faulty and she had almost no reaction other than "ok, that's $95.xx". This could have serious consequences U-Haul. Get it together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the Airdrie office were aweome. Reserved our 26 foot truck. Day before we move got a call from the reservations people to say all was well and said our truck shouldn't be a problem. Couple hours later got another call to say we wouldn't get the truck we were promised and we would get a small truck with a trailer and we would have to go to 2 locations to pickup.
Will NEVER deal with uhaul they are unprofessional and really don't care,even if you reserve a month in advance.Not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ran in to pick up 6 boxes. The guy working certainly didn't care that there were 3 people standing in front of him while he checked one truck out. Long store short it took an 5 minute to pick the boxes I needed and 50 minutes to pay for them.
