J'ai rendu le vĂ©hicule nickel mais aprĂšs le lavage apparemment ils ont dĂ©couvert une rayure, or j'ai fait trĂšs attention,aprĂšs ils m ont envoyĂ© un mail que je devrais payer les jours de location le temps d'attente qu'elle soit " rĂ©parĂ©e", le prix de la rĂ©paration et le temps de travail . La femme m'a dit qu'il ils se serviront de la caution,ok.. je sais tu pas combien. En mĂȘme temps que moi ils y avait d'autres personnes dans mĂȘme cas. Enfin, je dĂ©conseille. C'est sur que ils affichent des prix moins cher au dĂ©part, mais au final nous payons plus.
 Very bad experience with them. I made the vehicle nickel but after the washing apparently they discovered a scratch, and I was very careful, after they sent me an email that I should pay the rental days the waiting time it be "repaired", the price of the repair and the working time. The woman told me that they will use the deposit, ok .. I do not know how much. At the same time as me there were other people in the same case. Finally, I advise against. It's sure they're cheaper at first, but ultimately we pay more.

â â â â â Nous devions nous rendre au Saguenay pour aller chercher une voiture. Notre choix sâest arrĂȘtĂ© chez Enterprise. Nous avons payĂ© environ 60$ plus essence de 15$. On aurait payĂ© plus cher que ça en autobus et les horaires ne convenait pas. Le service au dĂ©part et Ă lâarrivĂ©e au Saguenay câĂ©tait parfait et nous sommes reparti avec notre nouvelle voiture en direction de Beauport.
We had to go to Saguenay to get a car. Our choice fell with Enterprise. We paid about $ 60 plus $ 15 gasoline. We would have paid more than that by bus and the times did not suit. The service at the start and finish in Saguenay was perfect and we left with our new car in the direction of Beauport.

â â â â â Service horrible. On nous envoie un courriel nous demandant de venir chercher notre voiture Ă midi le samedi. Nous arrivons un peu passĂ© midi et c'est fermĂ©. Eh oui, ça fermait Ă midi PILE. Ils sont aussi fermĂ©s le dimanche. Nous devons quitter le dimanche matin pour notre voyage, toutes nos rĂ©servations sont faites. On fait quoi maintenant? Ne faites pas affaires avec eux, ils ne sont pas fiables du tout! Pire expĂ©rience avec un loueur de voiture.
Horrible service. We are sent an email asking us to pick up our car at noon on Saturday. We arrive a little past noon and it's closed. Yes, it closed at noon PILE. They are also closed on Sundays. We have to leave on Sunday morning for our trip, all our bookings are made. What do we do now? Do not do business with them, they are not reliable at all! Worse experience with a car rental company.

Je suis allĂ© porter le vĂ©hicule Ă la succursale de Beauport en fin de journĂ©e hier. Ce matin je me suis aperçu que jâavais oublier mes verres solaire de prescription dans lâhabitacle pour lunettes au plafond avant du dit vĂ©hicule. Le lendemain donc aujourdâhui jâai tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© Ă la succursale de Beauport Ă lâouverture pour demander Ă ce mĂȘme employĂ© de la veille sâil pouvait vĂ©rifier dans le dit habitacle Ă lunette si mes verres Ă©taient lĂ , il me rĂ©pondit quâil nâavait pas encore lavĂ© le vĂ©hicule alors je lui demandai dâaller vĂ©rifier dans le vĂ©hicule. Se quâil fit selon ses dires et revint au tĂ©lĂ©phone pour me dire quâil nâavait rien trouvĂ©. Je mâempressai dâaller Ă la succursale de Beauport et câĂ©tait toujours le mĂȘme employĂ© hispanique qui me dĂ©barra le vĂ©hicule pour vĂ©rifier si mes lunettes Ă©taient encore lĂ et je les ai trouvĂ© Ă la mĂȘme place oĂč je lui avait demandĂ© de vĂ©rifier heureusement que jâhabitais pas trĂšs loin pour aller rĂ©cupĂ©rer mes lunettes qui Ă©taient encore lĂ .
As tâil vĂ©rifier comme il prĂ©tend lâavoir fait en pensant que le client Ă©tait rendu dĂ©jĂ trĂšs loin?
En tous les cas il me repondit que la location entreprise nâĂ©tait pas responsable des objets oubliĂ©s dans les location de voiture assez bizarre pour ne pas dire malhonnĂȘte.

I rushed to the Beauport branch and it was always the same Hispanic employee who cleared my vehicle to check if my glasses were still there and I found them in the same place where I had asked him to check luckily I didn't live very far away to pick up my glasses that were still there.
Did he check as he claims to have done, thinking that the client had already gone very far?
In any case, he replied that the rental company was not responsible for items forgotten in the rather bizarre, not to say dishonest car rental.

â â â â â Si j'aurais pu donner 0 Ă©toiles je l'aurais fait. Mon camion se fait rĂ©parer chez pro color, il mon rĂ©fĂ©rĂ© Enterprise pour un vĂ©hicule de remplacement. Je vie dans un rang, le chemin est glacĂ© avec des pentes. La rĂ©servation Ă Ă©tĂ© faite voilĂ 3 semaines pour une traction intĂ©grale ou 4x4. J arrive sur place et il en on pas. J'ai du repartir avec mon camion et les rĂ©parations non pas Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©es. Ne faite pas confiance Ă cette Ă©tablissement. Aucun professionnalisme.
If I could have given 0 stars I would have. My truck is being repaired at pro color, he referred my Enterprise for a replacement vehicle. I live in a row, the path is icy with slopes. The reservation was made 3 weeks ago for an all-wheel drive or 4x4. I arrive on the spot and there are none. I had to leave with my truck and the repairs were not carried out. Do not trust this establishment. No professionalism.

I had left my cell phone in one of the rentals and Simon was able to give the extra effort and have it returned to me. Thanks Simon!
