 Very good service. They found out where the noise came from and just fixed it with oil. Other places wanted to change the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charge un prix exorbitant pour ne pas avoir trouvé ni le problème ni la solution. (Alors que le garagiste d'après trouve le problème et le règle en un rien de temps).
Chaque visite m'aura apporté plus de trouble que le problème initial.
Charges an exorbitant price for not finding the problem or the solution. (So the next mechanic finds the problem and fixes it in no time).
Each visit will have brought me more trouble than the initial problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait remorquer ma voiture à ce garage parce qu'elle ne démarrait pas. Le gars de CAA a vérifié ma batterie et a essayé de me survolter mais la voiture ne démarrait pas même si ça affichait que la batterie était rechargée. Le garage a inspecté la voiture 5 jours après qu'elle ait été remorquée pour me dire qu'il faut changer la batterie pour 255$ + taxes. Lorsque je suis arrivée pour récupérer ma voiture, on m'a dit que ça coûte 331$ au total vu que la personne au téléphone n'a pas inclus les frais d'inspection dans le prix... Et qu'une lumière d'avertissement pour le moteur était allumée mais qu'ils ne l'ont pas vérifié parce le problème venait de la batterie selon eux... On aurait pu m'avertir par téléphone parce que j'aurais accepter de payer pour faire inspecter et réparer le moteur... Bref, je pars du garage avec un moteur qui fait un bruit épouvantable qui n'était pas là avant de l'amener au garage. Ce matin, je viens pour utiliser ma voiture pour la première fois depuis que je l'ai récupéré et elle ne démarre pas... j'ai clairement payé une batterie neuve pour rien et je vais me faire remorquer une nouvelle fois pour le même problème
I had my car towed to this garage because it would not start. The CAA guy checked my battery and tried to boost me but the car wouldn't start even though it showed the battery was charging. The garage inspected the car 5 days after it was towed to tell me to change the battery for $ 255 + tax. When I arrived to collect my car, I was told it costs $ 331 in total since the person on the phone did not include the inspection fee in the price ... and that a light from warning for the engine was on but they did not check it because the problem was with the battery according to them ... I could have been warned by phone because I would have agreed to pay to have the vehicle inspected and repaired. engine ... Anyway, I leave the garage with an engine that makes a terrible noise that was not there before bringing it to the garage. This morning I come to use my car for the first time since I got it back and it won't start ... I clearly paid a new battery for nothing and I'm going to get towed again for the same problem
