â â â â â Excellent service pour rĂ©parer une fissure de fondation sous un balcon. Garco a Ă©galement vĂ©rifiĂ© le drain sur toute sa longueur (50 mĂštres) et produit un enregistrement video. La fissure a Ă©tĂ© obtruĂ©e par une membrane Ă©lastomĂšre appliquĂ©e Ă chaud, des cheminĂ©es de drain ont Ă©tĂ© installĂ©es, puis l'excavation a Ă©tĂ© rebouchĂ©e et recouverte de 0-3/4. Tout cela en 5 heures et dans la bonne humeur malgrĂ© une pluie incessante. Bravo !
Excellent service to repair a foundation crack under a balcony. Garco also checked the drain over its entire length (50 meters) and produced a video recording. The crack was obtruded by a hot-applied elastomeric membrane, drain chimneys were installed, and the excavation was capped and covered with 0-3 / 4. All this in 5 hours and in a good mood despite an incessant rain. Bravo!

â â â â â Job tellement mal faite, qu'ils ont Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de reprendre le travail au complet la semaine suivante. Ils ont dĂ» retirer une partie du patio et ne l'ont pas rĂ©installĂ©. Aucune finition du terrain aprĂšs les travaux. J'ai dĂ» faire venir un voyage de terre Ă gazon et l'Ă©tendre moi-mĂȘme. Bref, plus jamais.
Job so badly done, that they were forced to go back to work the next week. They had to remove part of the patio and did not reinstall it. No finishing of the land after the works. I had to bring a lawn trip and extend it myself. In short, never again.

He canceled me 2 days before the work by e-mail after a 1-year wait. ..tremely bad management .. did business with someone else .. big zero !!!

â â â â â RĂ©novation impeccables du dĂ©but Ă la fin. J'ai du faire installer un drain neuf et faire impermĂ©abiliser mes fondations Ă l'urĂ©thane giclĂ©. J'ai eu chez Garco un prix trĂšs concurrentiel (pas le moins cher mais trĂšs prĂšs des compĂ©titeurs). D'ailleurs c'est les seuls qui m'ont conseillĂ©s d'utiliser l'urĂ©thane. AprĂšs recherche et lecture, c'Ă©tait de loin le meilleur choix pour ma vieille maison.
J'ai Ă©tĂ© vraiment surpris par la rapiditĂ© des travaux. Une fois les travaux terminĂ©s, mon terrain Ă©tait tellement propre que quelqu'un qui passait en voiture devant chez moi ne savait mĂȘme pas que j'avais fait des travaux.

Impeccable renovation from start to finish. I had to install a new drain and waterproof my foundations with sprayed urethane. I had at Garco a very competitive price (not the cheapest but very close to the competitors). Besides, they are the only ones who advised me to use urethane. After research and reading, this was by far the best choice for my old house.
I was really surprised by the speed of the work. When the work was done, my land was so clean that someone driving past my house didn't even know I had done the work.

â â â â â job bien faite mais attention Ă la facturation. C'est Jean-François Sirois qui fait les soumissions et la facturation et il fait des erreurs dans tout. Il a ajoutĂ© des frais Ă notre facturation finale et fait des erreurs de calcul dans son estimĂ© pour les assurances. Il sacre gros comme le bras et quand il est entrĂ© chez-moi il Ă©tait au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Il aurait pu attendre avant de sonner de finir son appel. Il sacre beaucoup et dit tout le temps qu'il est en retard et on se sent persĂ©cutĂ© ce qui lui fait faire des erreurs dans sa facturation. Il aurait besoin d'une bonne grosse formation dans sa facturation. Et que dire de leur comptable Marie-JosĂ©e Picard qui vous rĂ©pond comme un vrai gars de chantier et vous raccroche la ligne au nĂ©z car elle ne veux pas refaire une facturation complĂšte des travaux exĂ©cuter. En gros JE NE VOUS LES RECOMMANDE PAS DU TOUT.
job well done but be careful with invoicing. It's Jean-François Sirois who does the quotes and invoices and he makes mistakes in everything. He added charges to our final bill and made some miscalculations in his insurance estimate. He's as big as his arm and when he entered my house he was on the phone. He could have waited before ringing to finish his call. He swears a lot and says all the time that he is late and you feel persecuted which makes him make mistakes in his billing. He would need a good big training in his invoicing. And what about their accountant Marie-Josée Picard who answers you like a real construction guy and hangs up the line for you because she does not want to redo a complete invoicing of the work carried out. Basically I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
