★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, bought some moving supplies online to pick-up in-store the following day. When I arrived to the store, I had to wait for 15 minutes as there was no dedicated online pick-up area. Once it was my turn, they dis not have the order ready and told me to get it myself. Lol What is the point of ordering online!!! Just lazy and unprofessional place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait almost an hour for to get truck I reserved. I ended up getting bigger one due to late return from previous customer. It could have been better if management explained the situation. Staffs were nice in general.

Who looks friendly and helpful as hell btw!
But I found my overall experience with UHaul extremely satisfactory.
I used their service for a 5h drive move and the process of reserving, getting and bringing back the truck at this location couldn’t be easier:)
Definitely using their service on my next move??

It would also be better to know all the rules before hand instead of asking them at the counter.
You can pick up the loading trucks from here. And you can return it in the night also even though the office is closed.
Make sure you return the car ontime. Otherwise 50$ would be charged for every 15 mins late return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a trailer. A guy whose name was Stéphane I think, was really helpful. My car's hitch was missing a metal pin that keeps the connecting part of the hitch secure. He went and found one and gave it to me. These little helps show respect, that was mutual certainly. Uhaul is always a bit pricy, specially when they charge you around 10$ as insurance for a trailer that almost always doesn't get damaged.
