â â â â â Camion de type econoline louĂ© un jour d'hiver oĂč il neigeait - d'abord le camion n'Ă©tait pas Ă©quipĂ© pour l'hiver (pneus 4 saisons, essuie-glaces couverts de glace de sorte qu'il fallait les tirer avec la main Ă tout bout de champ), nous sommes restĂ©s pris 2 fois dans une cĂŽte dont la 2e fois on ne s'en est jamais sorti, j'ai passĂ© une demi-heure sur la ligne pour le service "DE DĂPANNAGE" et je n'ai jamais eu de rĂ©ponse... C'est un bon samaritain qui nous a dĂ©pris avec des cĂąbles... Nous avons appelĂ© au service Ă la clientĂšle, ils ils notĂ© nos questions (concernant la facture let nous n'avons Jamais eu de retour... Le numĂ©ro de la rue Dalton ne fonctionne pas, ils font tout pour ne pas ĂȘtre rejoignables... Bref cette location s'est transformĂ©e en cauchemar pour nous.. Ne pas faire affaire avec eux
Econoline type truck rented on a winter day when it was snowing - first the truck was not equipped for winter (4 season tires, wipers covered with ice so that they had to be pulled by hand all the time), we got stuck twice on a hill, the second time we never got out of it, I spent half an hour on the line for the "BREAKDOWN" service and I didn't never got an answer... It was a good Samaritan who took us down with cables... We called customer service, they wrote down our questions (regarding the bill let us never had back... The number on rue Dalton does not work, they do everything to not be reachable... In short, this rental has turned into a nightmare for us... Do not do business with them
