★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm driving at the moment from Ontario to British Columbia. The mileage is just stupid! Over 1100$ on gass already and still have 1000km to go. Don't understand why they don't have diesel. So definitely not good for long distance moving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we reserved a uhaul for 7:45 pm and were told we would be able to pick it up at that time . drove for 3 hours just to get here, and upon arrival were turned down at the gate . on the internet it says that you can rent a uhaul at this location 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This is false advertisement, especially when we had called to confirm our reservation. also the manager Shannon was very rude to us. not a happy customer. not impressed at all.

The rental itself was notably messed up because the location we rented from was not an official u-haul location, but rather a machine shop. The customer care person here was very patient, knowledgeable and was able to sort out all of the details of what turned out to be a very fouled-up rental.
