if you are wanting to navigate multiple phone menus this is the place to call if you click the wrong option they will tell you they cant help you and that you should have clicked the other option, just give me a human that works at the location, they will connect you with people that are hundreds of kilometers away so they don't have any information which is always helpful

This location is the best branch ever as per their kind and amazing customer service. I rent a lot of cars because of work so most of the time i rent from different Enterprise locations. This was the first time i used Brantford location and people who works for this location are absolutely amazing, smiling and making you to feel that you are in safe hands. I told them I could be leaving the car after hours but just one hour late from the store closing. What Enterprise does usually is that they charge you the second full day. I was honest to them and they were honest to me so they did not charged me as second day which made me very happy and trusting them. Even if you leave nearby cities you should definitely use this location because you never be disappointed I guarantee you. Thanks to everyone in Brantford Enterprise location.

I had to take my F150 to the body shop, and my insurance company said a rental is included in my coverage. And because I lost the use of a truck, I was entitled to a truck as my rental. Since the car rental locations don't normally have trucks available, they still managed to find me one. The only issue was that I couldn't get one with a trailer tow package, but turns out I didn't need it. My truck was repaired ahead of schedule, negating the need for a hitch. Highly recommend Enterprise for daily or long-term rentals. Just reserve a vehicle you need ahead of time so they can find one for you.

If you book online don’t expect to get a car. This company overbooks and when you show up in person, they might not have a vehicle if you need it. Our car broke down and we needed an alternative vehicle to reach our destination and the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude right from the get-go using esoteric terms like long weekend surge tax or something and it was the middle of the week. Go to the local car rental place instead !!!

The staff was friendly and had great recommendations for what I requested, which was an economical car. I was recommended the Ford Fusion which was definitely economical as the staff said. The location itself was easy to find and was really clean.

Not to be trusted. Rent anywhere else. A warning for would-be renters to check the vehicle condition and that the contract is accurate and sent to your email as promised. We were given a vehicle with existing damage. The Brantford sales rep pointed out the damage and verified that it was mentioned in the contract, which would automatically be sent by email. The contract was never sent. Enterprise didn't have the email on file. We know this because Enterprise sent a letter by mail requesting payment for the pre-existing damage to the car. They did not include the contract. An in-person visit to the rep who rented the car said contracts were not "kept on site." Only in conversation with an Enterprise collection agent were we able to secure a copy of the contract. And to no one's surprise, there was no mention of damage. At best, this is the neglect of the Enterprise employee and, at worst, a conscious effort to take advantage of a senior person at the Brantford location. As a company, Enterprise took it upon themselves to question the integrity of the customer and place blame squarely on our shoulders rather than consider employee shortcomings or even consider other options. We are given no choice but to pay a bill for thousands of dollars. As consumers, we made the mistake of trusting the information shared verbally rather than ensuring the contract reflected that conversation and was provided as promised. A sad reminder about trust, indeed.

Lie, lie & lie! Car rental paid & covered by my insurance. Called 8:30am and employee confirmed that the car was due back anytime that day before closing. Returned the car at 2pm. They wanted to charge me $48 for being late returning the car. I refused to sign for the charge as they specifically told me over the phone AND in person that I had till the end of the day to return it. They told me that I would not be charged for the β€œextra rental time”. Just checked my credit card statement and there’s an unauthorized charge. Same rental as mentioned above I picked up and the car was filthy (see pictures). When doing the walk around I asked if they could clean it so I could see if there was any damage. She said that it had just been cleaned and would not clean it again. So I took several pictures. When I returned the car, before closing the transaction, they drive it into the wash bay to clean it. I asked them why they did that and he said that it was to ensure that there was no damage to the car while I had. How pathetic that they refuse to give me the same that piece of mind while they waste my time to cover their butts! They also had an employee sitting at the counter, a few feet away from me and NOT wearing a mask of any kind! During Covid…with strict rules!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
