★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a verified reservation two days prior. At the point of pickup I was asked for additional assurance in the form of passport or lease. I had to cancel on the spot and wasted gas and the time of two other people. Enterprise has had my business in the past without any undue burden. Uhaul has lost a customer for life. Canada needs their own rental truck businesses, without the dependence of the American corporations and attitude toward their customers.
