He was not only kind to me and easy to talk to, but was very helpful. After calling six different companies all with ridiculous prices and three days of calls to try to get a reservation because Avis severely messed up the first reservation I tried to make, Basil was able to help me no problem and make a decent reservation for me in no more than 5 minutes. Seriously thank you Basil. ?

J (Jaouad) went over and beyond to make my day; He not only extended my rental, but also cleaned the vehicle for me on the spot, exceeding my own expectations. His ability to speak many languages made me speechless as I am Kuwaiti and speak Arabic as well. I am super happy that Enterprise has such unique people in managerial positions. This guy is friendly hard-working, and talented. I won't be surprised if he becomes a Manager one day.

I love my rental so far and would definitely recommend Enterprise to both family and friends. Especially at the Hamilton Airport location. Job well done Basil!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, unbelievable hours, open until 11:30pm. Very helpful, friendly, and professional staff and management.
I recoment this Enterprise location- Hamilton Airport- to anyone. Lots of vehicles and relaxed location to pickup and drop off. They possessed my late booking at the last minutes of their shift presently. They mad it possible for me to reach to my short noticed appointment on time down in the states.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at this location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I was able to promptly find my vehicle in the lot. All of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable returning the car after hours. Just one more reason to love flying into Hamilton instead of Pearson in Toronto. Thank you Enterprise!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drive out of my way ONLY to rent vehicles from this location. Service is prompt and efficient and my rentals always feel sanitized and kept clean. I've rented twice from there just in the past few weeks alone and I didn't have to wait at all to be served. Basil was friendly and pleasant and explained everything to me in a timely manner both in receiving the car and returning it. I won't rent from anywhere else! I haven't in the past few years.

Helped me out so much and was extremely patient, while explaining and giving me all the options; all with a huge smile. Walked me through everything and took the time to explain thoroughly. I am extremely satisfied and love the car. Most perfect. Will definitely come back to rent from here again. Fabulous customer service Basil ??☺️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great Experience with this location! We rented from Hamilton Airport location with some trepidation. I had heard that there were not enough car rental vehicles around. I even phoned to check. But when we arrived everything went smoothly. After checking our vehicle I came back to the desk - to just ask a question, and Basil went above and beyond to make sure we would have a great vacation with the rental car! Personal touches, a beautiful car, and an attitude that led to confidence in the team! We felt like it was our "home". Thank you so much Basil and the team!
