★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car (at Osler Drive in Dundas, Ontario) has provided superb customer service every time we rented from them over the past few months. The vehicles are always very clean and work well. The manager, Brittany is pleasant and kind. They have great weekend specials, upgrades, and deals during the week. We value our good experiences at this car rental and can say that they offer excellent customer service and have a really thoughtful manager, Brittany.

I was called to be promised a car with a certain make/model and I confirmed to take that car, then 3 mins before arriving to the site I was called that the car has to be given to someone else and I was offered a type of car that I could not drive. Very disappointing. The other customer should have been offered the second car especially when the first car has already been spoken to and offered to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a similar experience to this one (below)a while back ... rec'd a similar message from management with similar result ... suggest you rent elsewhere.
Rented a vehicle July 7, 2021 from Dundas location. Pick up was for 9 am. When I got there the car wasn't even there and had to wait for one from other car site. Then it was hosed down in a car wash bay next to office. All in all I finally left with the car at 9:45. I paid $428.84 with my debit /Visa and showed proof of my monthly income to secure the vehicle. I was informed from employee that the $300.00 deposit would be processed within the week and issued to me by mail for my deposit.
It is now Aug 9,2021 n yet to see my deposit. I have called enterprise 4 times regarding this matter to no avail as all I get are excuses like....it went out with no apt # .... didn't have right postal code ....which was for a different city and sorry but won't be reprocessed till next week n should get the check week after. Still I have Not received My 300.00 deposit over a month later.
