Metro Dundas Valley

It's a holdout..no others around except for Fennell and Upper Gage..I prefer it to Fortinos

They have a great selection of frozen gluten free bread products that I haven't found easily elsewhere.

Staff are always helpful in finding products. Was very pleased that they are distributing rapid tests. Thank you Metro :~))

I wish put no star, Poor customer service rude clerk at the service desk I came in side to wait for my daughter and I decide to look for muffins looking for apple or fruity muffins for my daughter I didn’t see any fruity muffins so I picked up peanut butter cookies instead one of front clerk lady come up to me and a very rude way telling me to come on come hurry up where closing soon I ask the lady where’s your fruity muffins she said to me she doesn’t know where and tells me again come on you got to check out come on I want go home in a very rude Way the lady made me felt very uncomfortable I was crying ? and telling the store lady I going to report you the way you treated me and made Felt very uncomfortable ?‍? I don’t want to shop at this location anymore I don’t want to go shopping and and feeling uncomfortable if the store lady working at metro Dundas doesn’t have a good heart and taken out of your customers because you have a very bad day don’t be rude disrespectful to customers and I can’t walk good to telling me to hurry up my service walking I’m a disabled person and I was parked at a disabled parking spot. I can park at a permit parking spots have a parking disabled permit spot. I didn’t get her name but I told the lady working at metro Dundas Valley I’m going to report you I kept telling the lady that that I’m going to report you how you treated me your service was bad not good I was crying and yelling kept repeating myself I’m going to you she said the me go ahead report me the lady was aggressive to me I cursed her outside the door after purchasing the peanut butter cookies I can report this to the head office for metro and I’m thinking about doing that to make my phones calls how I was treated I’m Not going to sleep good tonight I’m crying now again ?now at my home how I was treated ?? ?? what’s going on here with this world ? no love any more away to much hate hatred I seen it in treat ladies face she was aggressive telling me to hurry in a very rude way no respect for disabled person and what I was reading reviews about this location no respect for the Elders seniors, I’m so up set.

Terrible experience shopping at this location. Wouldn't give me a raincheck for an item in the flyer even though the shelf had a sign and it was empty. Self checkout wouldn't give me my change until a cashier came to overwrite with her code. No disinfection of the self checkouts. Left me very frustrated and upset.

Our preferred location for years as it has the "small town" vibe. Parking is medium capacity which keeps it from getting too busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a deli and meat counter. The checkout can be a little slow sometimes, especially on Saturday's but there is self checkout available.

First time visiting there. Friendly staff, clean, everything was displayed beautifully. From the moment you walk in you want to spend money. Lol

This place has the worst parking lot, the worst service, most expensive prices in all the metros I have very been, the hot foods section mind as well be run by cockroaches, it's so dirty. After university plaza metro closed, this Dundas valley location, turned monopoly, jacked the prices because it is the only grocery store near Dundas, besides basic foods, which is only accessible via one way.
