★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished renting a uhaul van from this location. The man I first dealt with was fine but when my wife and I brought back the van today, there was a woman behind the counter who was so incredible rude. At first she didnt want to process the paperwork right away, I guess because the man wasnt there, but more likely because she was just bone lazy. Every time we spoke she responded with a nasty comment. She was just ignorant and in your face rude. If I was her manager and heard her talk to us the way she did, I would fire here right on the spot. If she hates working there, she shouldnt take it out on the customers. Manager take note, your business will suffer having people like that working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the BEST U-Haul place in Brantford.. I meant to write up a review on this sooner.. But had to move my step daughter to Guelph a few months ago and our friend who runs Dundas convienient store was super helpful and was able to get us a truck even with our crazy last minute schedule! Very friendly and excellent service. Would recommend this U-Haul place for anyone looking to rent!!! 5/5!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my worst U-Haul experience at this location! They serve you inside an old convenience store, which is fine. The smell was terrible there, and the place was awful. The lady behind the counter was very unprofessional, and she took 20 minutes to check me in. When I returned the truck, she asked me to go out again and bring her the new mileage and fuel level because she was lazy I guess. A man called me an hour later saying he was going to charge me more for gas because I didn't put fuel in the truck despite the fuel level when I returned the truck was higher than when I took it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT...I repeat, do NOT... EVER book a U-haul piece of equipment at ANY U-haul Neighborhood location in Brantford. When asking/showing about a reservation confirmation, the first reply is, "I don't know." A lot of help that is! When you finally get your phone call answered and make an inquiry, these outlets will admit they overbook reservations and it becomes 'first come, first served' - if there's a rental available. Make your reservations at an actual U-haul center for proper service.
