Confused and extremely disappointed is my best description of the Service or lack of Service Dept. Over the years only went into retail store for a couple small purchases. Bought our first brand new trailer ever spring 2021. Fall of 2020 went to review trailers at Leisure Days and again Feb 2021. Both times had good experience but just could not find what we were looking for. We would have been happy to purchase local but could not come up with what suited our needs. We ended up buying a trailer from another dealer 300km away. Before doing this I did research on warrantees etc. Knowing they are not dealer warrantees but manufacturer warrantees we purchased 3 hours away. Also purchased knowing I may have to wait longer for warrantee work as Leisure Days did not have the original sale but could live with that. They are a Jayco warrantee dealer and I have a Jayco. June 14th made appointment for warrantee work saying I did not buy my trailer there. Appointment date was July 7th. Dropped trailer off after use July 4th. July 5th Leisure Days called and told would not service my trailer. Went back and forth and through initial person of contact, service manager and finally another manager at dealership. Told 2 different reasons. Reason 1 was because of where I bought my trailer. After I stated facts about warrantee does not matter where I bought trailer they changed there tune to Covid call in sick problems. A 3rd reason was tossed in somewhere along the lines about my conduct. After being hung up on, accused of being unreasonable customer and offered a January 2022 appointment I was once again told they will not work on any trailers purchased where I bought my trailer. I pickup my trailer without incident (or repair) July 8th. They were kind enough not to charge me storage fees for the 4 days it sat there. They had no invoice for me but I asked for one. They produced one providing the service book date, reason for not working on trailer and no charges for 4 days of storage. Manufacturer backed me up they are supposed to service my trailer and are allowing me service elsewhere. 1- Why did they accept my appointment mid June? 2- Why is their own issue with another dealer my the customers issue? 3- my warrantee work is for brake adjustment. Sent me down the 401 with unserved brakes. Silly thing is most likely an adjustment that they spent longer arguing with me then it would have taken to fix. 4- See this picture from their own show room stating priority customers are 1- their own, 2- transient stranded customers. 3- other dealers. I had no issue being # 3 but they refused this dealer all together. Leisure Days is enjoying massive success right now with the camping craze, many companies let this success go to their heads all too fall down the road. Best of luck Leisure Days, you will never see my business weather its for repair work, parts supply store or another new trailer in future. P.S I waited almost 2 weeks to post this to ensure its a factual post verse emotional post. I take posting negative reviews seriously as I know it can effect business and jobs etc. Confused about being caught in dealer wars in Kitchener!

Very disappointed to write a 1 star review. After purchasing a trailer from Pedro I was reassured multiple times that the trailer would be cleaned. We gave our money and arranged for a pick up 2 weeks after. When they scheduled our service date the trailer was not done. Everything that was promised on the bill of sale and after from the store Manager was not fullfilled. The trailer was not cleaned. When we hooked up our 5th wheel the water was not working, the main toilet drain was clogged. The washroom sink doesn't work. Not to mention the trailer still being dirty. Its very unfortunate this is a 2017 that we didn't buy as is. I wouldn't recommend buying here as it's empty promises. I didn't expect to walk into a 2022 but I did expect it to be cleaned as well as functional.

DON’T BUY ANYTHING USED FROM HERE! Bought a used β€œCertified β€œ2013 Shasta trailer from Leisure days on 97 in Cambridge/Ayr. I asked alllll the questions like , did anything need repair, Any leaks , or anything out of commission? I got no, no ,no. We ended up purchasing the unit in Late April. We got it delivered to perrysound at a site and we were unable to use it untill May 24 weekend due to COVID. Upon getting to the trailer for the first time we had several disappointments. 1. The leveling jack failed and bent. 2 the hot water heater didn’t work.3 the screen door was broke. And 4th the out door speakers were blown, 5. Even with COVID the trailer was not cleaned as they said it would be b4 pick up. We contacted service manager that weekend to basically get told sorry your out of luck. After one month of complaining and arguing/talking to 3 different people they finally agreed all problems β€œshould’ve β€œ been caught in PDI. They picked the trailer up an fixed the problems. They returned the trailer one week later with water on the floor inside . Long story short ... Now 5 weeks of arguing With service I have a bad leak an am being told sorry there’s nothing they can do . We bought the extended warranty witch is useless for every problem we have had in the 4.5 months of owning the trailer. (Waste of money ). We have now had a third party service guy in and the damage is Much worse the I thought, and he agrees this has been a problem way b4 us owning it . Now I’m Stuck to repair everything at my cost . I guess that’s the service you get for buying a $20,000 +++ dollar used but certified trailer with extended warranty from your local leisure days. Buyer beware .

We went to look at a specific trailer that could suit our needs and were given all the time we needed to decide if it was right without any pressure to buy, even though there were others looking at the same trailer. We decided we wanted it and the transaction came together smoothly. I would definitely recommend dealing with Leisure Days when you’re in the market for an RV.

We had never owned an RV before and the sales rep, Sam truly took the time to listen to what would best suit us and got us into the perfect RV. Extremely easy purchase process with Sam and Kayla taking care of everything. They have great selection and really competitive pricing. I can't recommend them more

Simply the friendliest best customer service from sales, parts and service departments. Everyone is very down to earth and gives advice and know how for anything trailer related. We originally went to Leisure Days to check out a used trailer but found it wasn't really what we were looking for. Upon looking around the showroom we saw a new trailer that checked off everything we wanted. There was no pressure what so ever from sales, just helpful guidance showing us everything that's available. We walked out the same day with a new trailer receipt. A little more than what we were going to spend but feeling really confident that we made the best decision. Before we actually picked up the trailer, I had emailed the parts department many times asking various questions about solar panels and batteries. Responses were quick and detailed. When picking up our trailer, the walk thru and around lesson was so thorough that I had forgotten some things but as usual there was always someone there to give me a hand. Highly recommend a visit to Leisure Days!

Bought an older tent trailer that needed lots of updating. Steve and Justin in service were blunt and honest about what was a priority and what can wait. They were easy to deal with and we’re always quick to answer my questions the best they could. I even asked for help getting newer accessories, like a tire cover and an awning and despite COVID, and taking 4-5 weeks to ship, Todd in parts was still able to get me everything! Super happy with all the help and the amazing customer service. Will be returning as a customer for life after this. :)

Had a great day at leisure days. My family and I took the plunge and purchased our new Trailer from Mike and the team. Very helpful and seemed very genuine. Will be completing our purchase and hopefully touring Ontario in the coming weeks. Thanks for the help.
